Despite the crowd, Aishah remained friendly, efficient, and well-organized. My family of four did the PR medical check, and we did not have to wait long at all. The nurse who attended to us named Vigneswari was equally warm and patient. She explained everything clearly and guided us step-by-step on which stations to proceed to for the X-ray and blood test. After we completed the whole process, the manager Steven personally checked in with us to ensure we had received the receipt via email and informed us that the report would be sent on the next working day. We truly appreciated this extra care. The clinic’s location is also very convenient. I would recommend Mediway Medical to others.
