Prompt response when contacting on WhatsApp for quotation. Contact person very helpful and accommodating. The installers who came to assemble my Tao Bao dining table was very experience and patient during the whole process. Also took extra care to ensure the item was installed correctly. Protective card board used to ensure the floor was not scratched or damaged. Would hire them again if there are more furniture to install.

I hired Mei Yang Movers on 1 August 2025, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. The movers were an hour late, and no communication was given while they were running late, which left us stressed and uncertain. When they finally arrived, there was only one mover. It took another hour just to wrap up our items, and due to the delay, we had to step in and help with the move ourselves. A second mover eventually arrived, but that’s when things got worse. The team struggled to move our fridge out of the gate, even though another moving company had successfully brought the fridge in through the same gate just a month earlier. The Chinese mover became agitated and highly unprofessional, shouting vulgarities and struggling to communicate with his colleague who didn’t speak Mandarin. I had to translate between them, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult day. Despite my request to wrap the fridge properly, it was handled roughly and not adequately protected, resulting in visible dents and scratches. Since then, the fridge has developed unusual sounds and is not functioning as smoothly as before. My coffee table was also damaged in the process. We chose Mei Yang Ban Jia because they came highly recommended by a friend, but the service fell far short of expectations. The driver and mover complained of being overworked and not having eaten all day, starting work from 7am, which is not something a customer should bear the brunt of—moving is stressful enough. While the company’s admin did apologize and refunded S$50 out of goodwill, we won’t be using them again and can’t recommend them based on this experience. Hire at your own risk.

I had engaged another moving company(won’t be disclosed) on 12th Nov 2024. The operations was to carry 1TV and 1metal gate that can’t enter the lift up to the 9th floor. The other company came at 1230. Took 2hours to carry my TV up very unprofessionally and then bolted from the job and left me hanging without anyone to carry my gate. I then had to frantically do a last minute google and @Meiyang movers appeared as one of my search result. I reached out to them with the hope they can send a team asap and help to carry my gate up. MeiYang movers arrived at the agreed time and got to work. After the necessary protection wrap was done. It took them just 5minutes to bring my gate up to the 9th floor. I was shocked by the efficiency. And with the item so well protected and delivered into my house without the possibility of even getting scratched. The cheerful team didn’t have to ask to make me willingly give them an extra token of appreciation from the bottom of my heart. The guys had loud voices but do not get taken aback. That’s how they speak back in their hometown. They did the entire process with a cheerful attitude although it’s already evening and they must have been hungry. That did not stop them from doing extra protection to my item before they start moving it up the stairs. Fully recommend their service. And may they be blessed and be accident free in their future moving task.

Had a good feeling about Meiyang Movers when they came to our place for a quotation and they did not disappoint. We were very impressed by the work ethics of the movers. They were hardworking and very strong. We moved from a walk-up apartment to another walk-up apartment. Not only did they not complain, but they even made sure that everything was placed where they should be. I would highly recommend their services.
