Sir Mike Looi is such a superstar of MGL. We would not have decided on our curtains so quickly if not for Mike. He has been so helpful in explaining which type of curtains suit us and for which rooms, as well as the effects and what to expect. He provided his honest views without simply agreeing when he felt that some of our initial preferences may not have been suitable. At the same time, he was not pushy at all and still respected our final decisions. We felt assured that we made an informed choice, based on the comprehensive info that Mike shared with us, patiently showing us the types of materials we were keen on. He is hardworking, responsible, and truthfully shares what he hears from customers after they use their curtains. We ended up getting day curtains for our living room, korean blinds for our study, roman blinds for another bedroom, as well as day and night curtains for our masterbedroom and the blackout effects are fantastic. The whole process from start to end has been fuss-free. Mike is truly the best sales person we have met amongst all the curtain retailers we visited; he really knows his stuff and extends the best service. First time buying curtains, glad I went with MGL. Mike and his team were superb, with Mike patiently going through the different types of materials and recommending various set-ups at his beautiful showroom. Ended up getting 4 sets with mix of blackout and semi-dim. The whole process from curtain selection to installation happened within a week. Would definitely come back again!

Their price is really affordable. Joey is very courteous and friendly. It was a joy to work with her. However, the measuring man he was half an hour late, ignore our messages asking if he is on the way. and he was rude and constantly arguing with us. Afterwards, I met Joey and I asked Joey, who that man is, she did not tell me who he is, she just smile and said that man is like that. I told the measuring man I won about one cm above ground, he gave me 2 1/2 CM to 3CM and the length are not even. This incident happened in early Oct 2024
