Minmed Group offers multiple medical services in Singapore including health screening, medical check-ups, vaccinations, GP consultations and Healthier SG.
Homeowners contacting Minmed Group typically ask about Health Screening. The team positions itself as a working healthcare outfit rather than a generalist, so you can expect questions about scope, access, and timing before a quote is confirmed.
Minmed Group covers all of Singapore, which is useful if you live in a less-central estate or need a provider that can follow a recurring job to different addresses. The business is KakiList-verified, meaning a real person has confirmed the operating details and contact channel. Google reviewers currently give Minmed Group an average of 2/5 across 35 reviews, which is a reasonable signal of consistency for a healthcare provider.
If you want to gauge whether Minmed Group is the right fit for your job, the fastest path is a WhatsApp message with photos of the issue, your postal code, and a rough preferred slot. Most providers on KakiList respond within a few hours during business hours and can quote before scheduling a visit.
Their service has truly gone to the dumps. Within the last month, over 2 separate occasions , they 1) issued me incorrect medication for my child; by delivering adult medication for a 4 year old that could KILL HIM (I suppose a complaint to SMC is in order) 2) did not issue me a medication that the doctor said he would over the teleconsult with no form of communication to me. There is NO WAY to contact them immediately for remediation; their WhatsApp line is unmanned. The only way is to call in to the doctor immediately with the request to “please pick up my call” in the symptoms notes. Even then after calling in the doc, he said he would issue a prescription as it was out of stock. Yet, I never got the said prescription.
The front desk service at [woodgrove, woodland] was very disappointing. The reception staff were unprofessional and lacked any sense of customer service. It felt like they didn't want to be there. I hope management provides better training for their frontline team."
My wife had a teleconsultation at 9.00 am today, with medication arranged to be delivered between 10.00 am and 1.00 pm. We received a notification from the delivery partner, UParcel, saying the parcel would arrive soon. Shortly after, another notification stated that the delivery attempt was unsuccessful, even though no one came to our address. Upon calling UParcel, we were told they had been given the wrong package to deliver. As a result, the prescribed medication was not delivered at all. For a medical service, this kind of breakdown is disappointing. Medication delivery is a critical part of the care process, not a minor logistical detail. Minmed should review how prescriptions are handed over to delivery partners to prevent patients being left without treatment.
I’m very disappointed with the booking experience for my health screening. I initially booked an appointment on a Sunday, but was later informed that there was no doctor available and was asked to reschedule. I then booked another Sunday slot two weeks later, only to receive the same response again in two weeks later. If there are no doctors available on Sundays, I don’t understand why Sunday appointment slots are still open for booking, or why your advertisement mentions “Sunday appointments available.” This is very misleading and wastes customers’ time.
I had a health checkup booked at Our Tampines Hub. However, there was no proper address provided, and the checkup was held in a conference room inside an office. The email notification and the website did not mention that this was a temporary holding area or provide directions to find it. Additionally, the staffing was unevenly distributed across the different stations. There was a long queue at the medical station, where only one person was responsible for taking blood samples for the test. Meanwhile, other stations had at least two staff members. While I understand that a health license is required to take blood samples, there was no one else to assist him with managing the queue or handling administrative tasks.
