Minmed Group offers multiple medical services in Singapore including health screening, medical check-ups, vaccinations, GP consultations and Healthier SG.
The bulk of Minmed Screening Centre Jurong's bookings cover Health Screening. Because this is a focused healthcare operation, most jobs are scoped over WhatsApp first — photos of the issue, property type, and preferred slot — before a price is quoted.
Minmed Screening Centre Jurong covers all of Singapore, which is useful if you live in a less-central estate or need a provider that can follow a recurring job to different addresses. The business is KakiList-verified, meaning a real person has confirmed the operating details and contact channel. Google reviewers currently give Minmed Screening Centre Jurong an average of 3.8/5 across 538 reviews, which is a reasonable signal of consistency for a healthcare provider.
The practical way to decide on Minmed Screening Centre Jurong is to message them directly with a short job description, property type, and any relevant photos. Direct contact means no platform middleman and usually a faster response than form-based lead submissions.
First time at Minmed@JP but I would suggest not coming here if you’re extremely sick and urgently needed to see a doctor because of the long waiting time to collect your prescriptions. The young counter staff with spectacles is helpful and hardworking - registering walk-in customers and also explaining prescribed medicines to customers patiently. The other clinic assistant just taking her time doing work on the computer and packing medicines. Took me less than 10mins for my queue number to be called to see the doctor, a few minutes for doctor consultation but a 50 mins long wait to collect medicine (when there isn’t many customers in front of me). Overall I feel the counter is very shorthanded, the bottleneck for customers who want to register, collect meds & pay the bill. Bad experience.
Appointment on 30 Dec 2025 I would like to share my feedback regarding the clinic service experienced during my helper’s visit. I had booked an appointment three days in advance via WhatsApp for my helper to undergo medical screening and vaccination, and I received a confirmed appointment slot at 2:00 PM. However, upon arrival at the clinic at 2:00 PM and informing the staff that we had already registered for the appointment, I was told that we needed to register again and provide all details once more. I was then issued queue number 116 and had to wait approximately 2.5 hours before seeing the doctor. During registration, I clearly informed the staff on duty that my helper also required vaccination. I was assured that there was no need to worry as the doctor would be informed accordingly. Unfortunately, when we eventually met the doctor, I was told that no vaccination request had been recorded. I explained that the vaccination had already been requested during the online booking three days earlier. The doctor then went to the counter to clarify, and I was informed by another staff member that vaccinations must be booked in advance. I then showed the WhatsApp conversation as proof that the request had indeed been made earlier. In addition, the staff did not inform me in advance that the urine test should ideally be done one week after the end of menstruation for accurate results. My helper had just completed her menstrual cycle, which resulted in the urine sample being unclear for proper assessment. As a result, I now have to bring her back again after one week, causing additional inconvenience and time wasted. This lack of upfront information contributed significantly to an inefficient visit and could have been easily avoided if proper guidance had been provided earlier. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating due to: • Excessively long waiting time despite a confirmed appointment • Information provided in advance not being properly captured • Repeated explanations to different staff • Lack of coordination and clarity among staff • Missing critical pre-test instructions, resulting in a repeat visit I strongly feel that there is room for improvement, particularly in system efficiency, staff training, and communication of pre-appointment requirements. The lack of clear information and coordination led to unnecessary delays and wasted time. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively and escalated to the Clinic Management Team so that similar experiences can be avoided in the future.
i have visited the clinic twice this week and my experiences have been complete opposites. my initial experience on Tuesday was good (i would’ve easily given it 5 stars) - the clinic was clean, doctor was actively listening, no major issues with the reception. which is why i returned today for a follow up visit. it was 11.30am when i reached and the clinic was not crazily packed. when my turn was called, i was assigned to the Locum Doctor, and i therefore headed towards Room 2 which is labeled “Locum Doctor”. i knocked, waited a while, before i entered the room only to be chased away by the doctor telling me to go to the other room. i was puzzled as there was a name assigned to the doctor in Room 1 and when i looked towards the reception, i was just brushed off with a “ya ya, that room”. i provided feedback that the signs were misleading, and i just received a very nonchalant response. when i went into Room 1 and i again tried to provide feedback on the situation, i was met with the doctor telling me “don’t tell me, i’m just a covering doctor. tell the reception.” i guess it’s happened a lot since the clinic opened for the day, for this doctor to be so defensive so shouldn’t the team have done something about the mix up in room labeling? it really wasn’t particularly crowded when i went so i don’t see what’s the issue here. i would love to have provided feedback in another manner, but the only option available on the whatsapp recap of my service today (love this by the way) via google reviews.
Went to Minmed at Jurong Point for a simple medical screening (no doctor consultation involved). Reception was prompt and efficient, doing their best to clear the queue quickly. The staff provided clear and precise explanations, making the whole process smooth. I was pleasantly surprised that everything was completed in less than 30 minutes …. even though I was 4th in the queue. This is a huge contrast to my past experience at another medical centre where it took over an hour even when I was only second in line. Overall, the process was smooth and hassle-free.
I have to tell about the doctor that drew blood for me today. I had always faced much complication when it comes to drawing blood out, but I tell you, dr Louis was so good. I didn’t feel pain at all, it was very easy and smooth. And he made me feel so good. Anyone who is scared of needle, or always face complications in drawing blood out, you need to book an appointment with when this dr is around for your blood checkup, it will ease the entire process for you.
