I had an excellent experience with Mirage Blinds! I enquired with them for having blinds for my new house. The blinds they provided were of exceptional quality, and the installation process was incredibly fast and hassle-free. I was impressed by their responsive customer service and their installers as well. I would definitely recommend Mirage Blinds to all my friends and family. Throughout the transaction, Regine patiently assisted me in exploring various styles, materials and colours, guiding me towards the perfect choice for my needs. What's even better is that their pricing is very reasonable considering the outstanding quality of their curtains and blinds. Hi, I left a review 2 weeks ago. The owner responded 5 days ago. I can't reply back to the thread so I will reply here: I'm not sure where u get the impression that I think the company made a tonne of money from the service. The cost was never the issue. If u would like credit, sure, i can give. The service provided was value for money. Its cheap considering the type of alteration, getting it done in Malaysia, the v quick timeline of completion and comparing to other companies. So kudos to the company. Secondly, no u cant expect me to b put in the shoes of the staff or company becoz. 1) I don't know the staff was sick at that point. 2) I paid for the service, service was not completed well and handyman was right at my door, hence I'm entitled to check even if its on a weekend. How about putting yourself in my shoes? If its empathy u are looking from me, sure I can give. Its unfortunate the staff was sick and i hope she got well. The main issue I had was how the staff communicated and argued that I was to be partly blamed for the blind's parts that they missed out n say i should have tore out the 1.8m bubble wrap to ownself check during collection? This doesnt even make sense. If a customer pay for a service, the company should be trusted to do a good job. Otherwise why would I pay for your service. In the first place, ur company should be checking to ensure the parts are all in, instead of expecting customers to do your job. Lastly, ur staff apologised and the parts were returned to me. So there's no need for me to pursue the case further.

enjoyed the entire transaction with mirage blinds! staff was patient to go through with me the different materials and colours and guide me through which one is suitable for me. better still, their pricing is reasonable for such good quality curtains and blinds. installation was done quick too! definitely highly recommended (:
