Bad experience – buyer beware Ordered helium balloons from Misty Daydream – Helium Balloons for a birthday event. Unfortunately, one of the number 8 balloons arrived deflated, which was very disappointing. When I contacted them, instead of resolving the issue promptly, they asked all sorts of unnecessary questions and gave what felt like silly excuses, with no real accountability or solution. The issue was never properly addressed. This really affected the mood of the birthday celebration and caused unnecessary stress. For something meant to be a happy occasion, the experience was extremely frustrating. Super bad experience. Buyer beware – do not use them.
