Engaging a florist typically begins with sharing your event date, venue, and a rough sense of your colour palette and style — mood boards and reference photos sent via WhatsApp help Moon Fleur Singapore prepare an accurate proposal. Whether you need a bridal bouquet, aisle arrangements, arch or backdrop florals, table centrepieces, or a full-month or baby-shower floral setup, the scope and headcount will shape the quote. Discuss whether the service is package-based or itemised à la carte, what the deposit and balance schedule looks like, and whether delivery, setup, and teardown are included or billed separately. For weddings and larger events, confirm lead time — popular florists for Saturday ceremonies in peak months (March, April, October, November) can book out six months or more ahead. For everyday bouquets and smaller arrangements, two to four weeks is a reasonable lead time.
Reach Moon Fleur Singapore via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to share your event date, brief, and approximate budget, and request a written proposal before confirming any deposit.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
I got my wedding bouquet from Moonfleurs and loved everything about it! Searched for many before this and fell in love with their pastel hues at first sight and placed an order immediately 😍 Their service was prompt and replies were really helpful and super nice people! They even gave me a free gift- the loose hair florals which I used for my hairdo and it was so pretty 🥹 Thank you for being part of what made my wedding perfect 😚 And I will definitely get flowers from them again for other occasions :)
Thank you for the lovely flowers! 🌸🌷🌺 It's so nice to have a flower dome as a keepsake ❣️, will patronise the next time I need flowers ~
I'm very thankful to the team at Moon Fleur for setting up the beautiful arch and reception table for my wedding dinner celebration. Reception table and arch was initially set up outdoors but unfortunately had to be brought indoors due to the wet weather :( Nonetheless, lead florist Luna is an absolute perfectionist in her craft so I was very assured of how the flowers will turn out. We also had a last minute request for bridal car decor, and she delivered it flawlessly. Definitely will recommend Moon Fleur for their wonderful service!
Absolutely blown away by the incredible floral domes I received from Moon Fleur! I requested a Beauty and the Beast themed floral dome, and they delivered beyond my expectations. The dome was a stunning masterpiece, capturing the magic and elegance of the theme perfectly. Their creativity is unmatched - Luna and her team brought my vision to life with such artistry, from the choice of flowers to the meticulous arrangement. The roses were vibrant and beautifully preserved, and the little details they added made the dome feel truly enchanting, like something straight out of a fairytale. Not only are they talented, but their service is also outstanding. They listened carefully to my ideas, offered great suggestions, and kept me updated throughout the process. Their professionalism and passion for their craft made the entire experience a joy. If you're looking for a florist who can combine creativity, attention to detail, and excellent customer service, look no further. I highly recommend Moon Fleur and will definitely return for more unique floral creations!
ordered a bridal bouquet for my friend's pre-wedding shoot and it turned out exactly as I requested - gorgeous! thanks to the team for being so responsive and rushing this out within 2 days. because this was a rush last min order, it was an extra $100 (within the average I've researched) and self pick up only. very pleased with the result as the bride adored it :)

Floral pricing varies considerably by scope. In Singapore, bridal bouquets typically run S$150–400, aisle arrangements S$200–800, ceremony arches or backdrops S$400–1,500, and table centrepieces S$80–250 each. A full wedding floral package covering bouquet, boutonnière, ceremony arch, and reception centrepieces commonly falls in the S$1,500–5,000+ range depending on flower variety and labour intensity. Baby full-month or baby-shower floral setups typically sit at S$200–800. Confirm in writing what is included in any quoted package: setup and teardown, delivery to the venue, flower variety (fresh vs preserved, imported vs local), and whether a deposit — typically 30–50% on signing — secures the date. Balance is usually due one to two weeks before the event. See the full floral cost guide for Singapore →
For wedding florals, aim to book at least six months ahead, especially for Saturday dates in March, April, October, and November — these are peak wedding months in Singapore and popular florists fill their calendars well in advance. Confirm the booking with a signed agreement and deposit, not just a WhatsApp message, as dates are only held once payment is received. For baby full-month celebrations, birthday parties, and corporate event florals, six to eight weeks is generally sufficient, though peak festive periods (Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) compress availability sharply. For everyday bouquets and smaller arrangements, two to four weeks is typical. If the event has an outdoor element, ask about wet-weather contingency and how late-notice changes to the scope are handled.
The standard deposit in Singapore's floral industry is 30–50% of the total quoted amount, paid on signing to secure the event date and cover early procurement of specialty blooms. The balance is typically collected one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date hold, design consultation hours, any mock-up or sample arrangement — and whether it is refundable or transferable to a rescheduled date if plans change. Most florists allow rescheduling within a reasonable window without forfeiting the deposit, but cancellations closer to the event date — when flowers have already been ordered — are typically non-refundable. Ask about the policy explicitly before signing. If the event is at an HDB void deck or a condo function room, check whether the venue requires a copy of the florist's public liability insurance certificate and confirm Moon Fleur Singapore can provide one.
