This company is highly unprofessional and unreliable, with non-existent customer service once they’ve collected payment. I strongly advise avoiding them at all costs. They demand full payment upfront, but once they have the money, communication completely ceases. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My inquiries were ignored, and I faced constant delays throughout the process. The most troubling part is that although our goods have already arrived in Napier, New Zealand, from Singapore, we have yet to receive them in Auckland. Upon contacting the shipping company, I was informed that Moovaz has failed to complete the payment required for the delivery. Despite numerous calls, Moovaz co-founder, Vishnu Vasudeven, claimed they are dealing with legal issues with the shipping company, further delaying our shipment day after day. This is now the sixth month since shipping my goods from Singapore. This company’s negligence and lack of accountability have caused us significant distress, leaving us no choice but to pursue legal action.

Staff was very professional and all items were individually wrapped and packaged into boxes. Will update on the service at the destination delivery once received. The shipment was received at destination and the local handling angets were also very professional. Our recent move from Singapore to Hong Kong was seamless, thanks to the incredible planning and execution by the Moova team. I had an absolutely terrible experience with Moovaz when shipping our belongings from Singapore to London. Initially, their customer service was polite and responsive, especially when it came to collecting the payment. However, once they received our money, the entire experience took a drastic turn for the worse. After paying, communication completely stopped. No one responded to our inquiries, and we faced constant delays. Worst of all, despite our belongings having already arrived in London, we still haven’t received them. There has been no clear explanation or updates regarding the status of our shipment. The entire process was chaotic, frustrating, and poorly managed. It was a nightmare from start to finish. The lack of professionalism and care is shocking. They were friendly and attentive when they were after our money, but once they received it, it felt like they completely forgot about us and our shipment. I strongly advise against using Moovaz for any international shipping. The service is abysmal, and they are completely unresponsive once they have your money. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered, and I deeply regret trusting them with our belongings. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and their customer service is non-existent once they've collected their payment. Avoid them at all costs! If there were an option for a rating below 1 star, I would have given it without hesitation.
