The centre has been verified by KakiList, confirming its operating details and contact channels. Fees are priced at the mid-range tier ($$) on a monthly recurring basis.
Families interested in enrolling their child should begin by enquiring about available slots for their intended start month, as student care places — particularly at well-regarded centres — can fill quickly. When you contact Mosaic Play Academy via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form, it is worth asking about the child-to-staff ratio, the daily routine and homework supervision structure, and the settling-in arrangements for children new to the programme. For Singapore citizen children attending a licensed childcare or student care provider, ECDA subsidies may be applicable depending on household income and working status — confirm eligibility details directly with the centre or via the ECDA website.
As a concrete next step, reach out through WhatsApp or the contact form to check current availability for your child's intended start month, and arrange a centre visit so you can meet the staff and see the environment firsthand before committing.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

Absolutely the best experience for my toddler to start experiencing “school”. She started when she was almost 2 and a half years old. And the teachers there have been nothing short of warm and kind to all the little ones that attend. The teachers are what makes the classes exceptionally fun and interesting. I would have my second child join their classes when the time comes too. Thank you Mosaic Play Academy and the teachers for making it a brilliant experience for not just my toddler but also us as parents.
My daughter loves going to the mosaic play academy. She has been going 2 and now 3 times a week since she was around 16 months via the parent accompanied class. It’s something lovely we can do with her every week. She loves the teachers and being able to utilise the amazing space outside. Every week they do something different to keep it interesting. I will be sending her to the drop off classes when she is 2 and I have no concerns about her transitioning to this class easily. Highly recommend!
My daughter had a wonderful time at Mosaic Play Academy over the last 1.5 years. The teachers are incredibly thoughtful, loving and caring and my daughter always talks about them. She learnt so much during her time there and particularly enjoyed sensory activites, water play, PE and phonics. The campus is beautiful with a lovely outdoor play area used for many different activites. We are so happy we chose this as our first school and will miss it greatly.
My son went to Mosaic before he turned 18 months for preschool, it was a parent accompanied program and it was great. The program was well structured and they get to do so much in 1.5 hour. Before we returned to our home country, he spent 3 weeks at Mosaic again for the 2 hours drop off program, I was sent a lot of photo update and I can see he enjoyed the class so much. Thanks for everything Mosaic, I have recommended you guys to a lot of my friends!
After some bad experiences, Mosaic has been a breath of fresh air. The teachers are always warm and welcoming and are very transparent about syllabus and how our kids are learning. So happy to have found them!

Mosaic Play Academy prices its student care programme at a mid-range ($$) monthly recurring fee. The exact monthly figure should be confirmed directly with the centre, as fees can vary by programme type, age group, and session hours. Beyond the monthly fee, it is common for student care and childcare providers in Singapore to charge a one-time registration fee and a refundable deposit of approximately one to two months' fees at enrolment. Some centres also include uniform and basic insurance in their fee schedules, so it is worth asking for a full fee breakdown in writing. Childcare and student care fees at ECDA-licensed centres are GST-exempt, which means you will not be charged Goods and Services Tax on the monthly programme fees. Singapore citizen children enrolled at ECDA-licensed student care and childcare centres may be eligible for government subsidies. The Basic Subsidy provides up to S$300 per month for childcare and student care (up to S$600 for infant care), regardless of whether parents are working. The Working Mother's Child Development Subsidy (WMS) offers additional support for households where the mother works at least 56 hours per month. The Additional Subsidy is income-tested and, when combined with WMS, can bring total monthly support to up to S$710 or more for lower-income families. Permanent resident children may qualify for partial subsidies, though at lower quantum levels than citizens. Subsidy amounts and eligibility criteria are reviewed periodically, so it is strongly recommended that you check directly with ECDA at go.gov.sg/ecda for the most current figures before making enrolment decisions. Confirm with Mosaic Play Academy whether the centre participates in the relevant subsidy schemes.
Student care and childcare places at well-regarded centres in Singapore can be in high demand, and it is common for popular programmes to have waiting periods of several months. As a general guide, families are advised to enquire at least three to six months ahead of their intended start date, with January being a peak intake month aligned to the school calendar year. If you are targeting a mid-year start, enquire as early as possible to understand current availability. To secure a place, most centres require payment of a registration fee and a deposit, which effectively reserves the slot. Contact Mosaic Play Academy directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to ask about current availability for your child's intended enrolment month and to understand the steps needed to confirm a place.
