I had a very disappointing experience with Shade Space from the moment I engaged them until now. My sales representative, Kermit, was consistently slow in responding, and I had to keep chasing for updates throughout the process. The installation was done on 9th and 10th February, but the quality was far from what I expected (video attached), especially considering the premium I paid. After I provided feedback, they did arrange to replace the curtain. However, the replacement turned out to have issues again (photos attached). This raises serious concerns about their overall workmanship and quality control. For the price charged, I expected much better standards in both service and product quality. Instead, the experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I WOULD NOT recommend this company, even if their pricing is slightly lower than others in the market. Please think twice before engaging them.

I have researched on different types of Zipblind, and eventually decided on shadespace. At the point of sales, they (Kermit is my sales rep) provided you with comprehensive information, so that you can decide on various options. The admin staff will also follow-up with you closely to ensure you have everything settled and approved (if you stay in condo) and inform you on the arrival time. My project was done by Kelvin and Zhimin. They arrive punctually at 9:30am , and throughout the work, they are professional, detailed and ensure the quality of work be met. Kelvin even double-checked all alignments are met after the installation. He and Zhimin also helped me to put my washing machine in place after the installation. Thanks for everyone at ShadeSpace for the great work done for my ZipBlind.

Sharedspce sent (Rubel and Zaw Zaw) to install our zipblinds. Both are on time and work very diligently, making sure all alignments are done properly during installation.(930-5pm) They are experienced, also take time to explain to owner if the owner has any concerns on the installation. Basically all concerns has already been addressed when we buy from sharedspace package installation. We don’t have anything to worry at all..!
