Lousy nurse! Arrived early for my appointment. Told me there is 1 patient in front of me. End up it s 2 patients and made me wait for >40mins. Maybe dr Chan is a good at what she does, but wasting other’s time is extremely unprofessional! What’s the point of making appointment ?!
