She's the best and her staff are so friendly. I've stumbled upon Dr. Tay by accident. I needed an endocrinologist and didn't quite know a lot of people in SG. I'm so glad I did! She explains everything and makes you feel cared for. A lot of the doctors I've been to are usually hurried. She takes her time to hear you out and discusses great alternatives and healthy choices. I now rely on her advice a lot, and if I could I would have loved to have her as my primary care doctor too! She's very knowledgeable in all things medical. Her staff specially Lena is quite friendly too. I like that I can ask her staff regarding insurance and they know how to answer the questions. Believe me, this was my biggest pet peeve with other clinics, where they just tell me "call your insurance agent we can't answer your questions". I just can't rave enough about this clinic.

I visited Cedar Endocrine Clinic in December 2021 after chancing upon it online as I was diagnosed with Graves’ disease (hyperthyroidism). Dr Tay Tunn Lin has been a great doctor, always explaining in detail and answering my questions patiently. Thanks to her advice, my thyroid functions were normalized after about two months and they have continued to be stable (with the right dosage of medication) till today. I never had to wait longer than 10min for my appointments with Dr Tay, and her nurses have been very professional and helpful in coordinating the appointments (both in person and online) and prescriptions. Her nurses also always reply my messages on WhatsApp in a timely manner.
