Had a great experience with this curtain shop, especially when I was rushing to get things done before CNY. I managed to get both my day and night curtains done and collected before CNY, which I really appreciated. Alfred was extremely professional and gave very good advice despite the tight timeline. He was also very responsive on WhatsApp, patiently guiding us on how to take our own measurements, which made the whole process much easier. His staff are equally friendly and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and service provided. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Got to know about this curtain company as my mum had previously engaged their services to do up her double-pleated curtains with memory treatment. After listening to her explain their overall process and (most importantly) their reasonable quotation, my husband & I decided to enquire on the types of curtains/ blinds that are suitable for our new BTO. Needless to say, my mum's good experience with them have been substantiated. I first spoke with Alfred, who patiently answered all my queries on the various types of curtains/ blinds they have available, and got a quotation for our 4-room unit. After about a week of back & forths, he promptly arranged for his colleague, Ah Siang, to come down all the way from JB to our house for sample choosing. As we were still debating between the different kinds of blinds & curtains to use at that point in time, I was severely unconfident of our initial choices. I then texted Ah Siang to ask if it was possible to reschedule for another run through of the samples. They did their best to quickly arrange it so that we could still get our curtains/ blinds in time as we were planning to move in in about a month's time. The curtains/ blinds were fabricated & installed in a timely manner thereafter, and we are very pleased with the results. In fact, we had a bit of an issue with one of our curtains shortly after moving in, and had contacted them for possible ways to rectify the problem. Alfred/ Ah Siang arranged to come back at no extra cost & helped us fix the curtains. Their work ethics display a sense of dedication & responsibility that is sadly hard to come by in this day & age. Thank you both so much for your hard work!
