I am on a 3rd floor without lift, replacing a baby grand with another second-hand. The team was very professional both in disposal of the old and delivery of the replacement. At one point the stairwell headroom was low, so the workers dismantled the lid and had to crouch to get the job done, but do it they did. Highly recommended.
