Jayden is a great instructor! The lessons are fun and stress free. The studio has a welcoming atmosphere and the lessons are designed with adult learners in mind. Unlike schools that are very exam-focused, Jayden’s approach makes learning enjoyable and perfect for adults who just want to enjoy playing music, without feeling guilty if I dont practice at home. The extra perks such as free cello rental, not having to bring an instrument every time, and being able to record lessons, are a huge plus. I’ve really enjoyed my 5 introductory lessons and would recommend this studio for adults who want to try out cello.

I signed up for an introductory cello lesson with Music Mood and it was so interesting and fun that I continued with one-to-one lessons after that! My teacher, Ms Wendy, is super nice, encouraging, and very patient (especially with someone like me who has zero musical background). After five lessons, I could already play a song, though not perfect, but a big achievement for me! I really enjoyed the lessons because there was no stress or pressure, and I could learn at my own pace. You also don’t need to own a cello as they can loan you one to bring home for practice. Highly recommend!

Pure haven for music lovers and those who are keen to try out. I attended an intro course to cello, 1st of such that I know, and had a phenomenal time! Jayden is truly the real deal but he presents the lesson in a simple and non-threatening manner. Regardless of musical background, everyone will totally benefit and achieve under Jayden’s expert guidance. He makes us feel successful and believe it or not, we actually played the semblance of a song at the end of 2hours! I’m definitely signing up to discover if I have any talent at all, in making music with the cello.
