Enquire by sharing your event date, venue, and headcount so the team can advise on a suitable package. Balloon and decor installations cover a wide range of occasions — birthday parties, baby full-month and 100-day celebrations, weddings, and corporate events — and scope typically spans organic balloon arrangements, arch or column setups, backdrop installations, and themed table centrepieces. Confirm the setup and teardown windows with your venue in advance, as access outside the rented event period is not always guaranteed. If your event is at an HDB void deck or condo function room, ask whether My Little Balloon Shop carries public liability insurance, as some venues require a copy of the certificate before permitting installation. A travel surcharge may apply for venues outside the central area.
Contact My Little Balloon Shop by phone or through the enquiry form on the listing, share your event date and venue details, and request a written package quote with a clear breakdown of inclusions, setup timing, and the deposit and balance schedule before confirming your booking.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
The staff at this store were incredibly unhelpful. I asked a simple question about where to find an item and was met with a sigh and a vague point in no particular direction. When I asked for more help, I was told to "just look around." No effort was made to assist. The cashier was equally dismissive and unfriendly. I won't be shopping here again. Save your time and go somewhere the staff actually wants to help customers.
This has been mentioned before but terrible service for sure. Most annoying is still that you need $15 for PayNow or NETS. In this day and age? No credit card payment is already annoying, but due to merchant fees I guess I get it. But even for PayNow?
Bought a helium balloons but the foil one deflated before I even reached the mrt! Very disappointing!
Bought a helium balloon. Left it in the car for 5 minutes to get a quick coffee and it exploded. Went back to the shop within 30 minutes to clarify and the staff had bad service, shooed us away with a rude tone, ignored us, and said our car was too hot. Never had such an issues with other helium balloons though, even those gotten from taobao. Wonder if the car was really too hot or the quality was poor.
Will give negative star if it's possible. Called to ask if they do helium pumping for all balloons and they said YES. In the end, when we brought the gender reveal balloon to the shop they say they WILL NOT pump for us cause they are selling the same balloon and expect us to pay $28 for the same balloon. WHAT A SCAM. Don't waste your time visiting this shop. So, you mean if a customer brings the same balloon that u sell at your shop, you won't pump??? Pls learn from other balloon shops that are flexible in pumping balloons of the same design that is sold at their place. If not, just don't scam others and say u provide pumping service if you are forcing people to buy overpriced balloons from you. Use some brain.

My Little Balloon Shop prices its work on a package basis, and the final cost depends on the scale and complexity of the installation. Singapore market norms for balloon and decor packages run from roughly S$300 for a simple balloon arch or small organic arrangement to S$1,500 or more for full-room installations with multiple feature pieces, backdrops, and centrepieces. Itemise the quote carefully: confirm what is included in the package (number of pieces, balloon count, colour palette, setup), the deposit required on signing (typically 30–50%), the balance payment schedule, the setup and teardown windows, and whether a travel charge applies for your venue. GST should be confirmed if the business is GST-registered. See the full Decor & Balloons cost guide for Singapore →
For balloon and decor installations, a lead time of 6–12 weeks is advisable for birthday parties, baby full-month celebrations, and corporate events — popular dates and theme styles can book out faster than many clients expect. Weddings and larger events benefit from booking 3–6 months ahead, particularly for peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November. Confirm whether the date is held with a deposit once signed, and ask about the wet-weather or contingency plan if any portion of the setup is outdoors. Same-day or last-minute bookings are subject to availability and may carry a surcharge, so earlier contact is strongly recommended.
The Singapore industry standard for event decor is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing exactly what the deposit covers — date hold, design consultation, materials sourcing, mock-up if offered — and whether it is transferable to a future date if you need to reschedule. Deposits for event decor are generally non-refundable on cancellation, as materials and time are committed early. Ask for the rescheduling policy in writing, particularly if your venue is subject to management rules or weather uncertainty. Also confirm whether My Little Balloon Shop holds public liability insurance, as HDB town councils and condo management offices often require evidence of this before permitting balloon installations in common areas.
