Engaged them for the first time, via KDK Support Team. The pricing is transparent, as promised during quotation and no hidden surprises. The staff came super promptly at 9am and meticulously performed the water heater installation. Staff only left once everything is OK and properly tested with customer involvement. I have several experiences engaging "professional" services from other companies, even in-house teams from the larger retailers, and I can tell you that majority of them are very sloppy and show ya-ya attitude -- installed finish then go off abruptly.
