Although she runs a private practice, she also contributes as a visiting consultant at government hospitals. From my first consultation, Dr Tricia impressed me with her professionalism, empathy, and reassuring manner. Her treatment recommendations were consistent with what I had learned about my condition. The surgery went very smoothly. Dr Tricia visited me daily and addressed all my questions with patience and care. My surgical wound healed quickly, and when she was out of town during part of my recovery, she ensured continuity of care by arranging for her colleague to attend to me. Best urologist in Singapore, JB, and some say Batam… If there's an award for being a Wonder Woman doctor, I hope it goes to Dr Tricia Kuo at Urohealth! If possible, I’m more than happy to give them 10 ⭐️ … Among the dozen of specialists I've seen (due to my multiple rare complications), Dr Kuo is the one who's the most meticulous, empathetic and caring, and such characteristics were extremely helpful when treating patients with unusual or almost invisible symptoms… Dr Kuo is able to break down complex medical jargons into simple English, Chinese or Singlish and explain them with great clarity. She takes time to listen and collect patient's feedback, but waste no time to act swiftly when deciding the next course of action. During the worst period of my sickness, it was Dr Kuo and her team of angels (Denise, Farhana and Natasha) who brought smiles to my face with their infectious laughter. Sometimes, they even work beyond office hours just to make sure I receive the information or care I needed without delays. Together as a close-knitted team, Dr Tricia Kuo, Denise, Farhana, Natasha, Janet have all made a difference to my journey to recovery, and I'm sincerely grateful to all of them from the bottom of my heart. If you want a urologist who's skillful, knowledgeable, humourous and full of heart, you can't go wrong with Dr Kuo's team at Urohealth!
