Our family has been coming to this clinic for about three years now. We usually see Dr. Alex or Dr. Kannan — both are very professional and caring. When I had dengue, I really appreciated the detailed care from Dr. Alex and one of the receptionists who was super kind and patient. 💕 Recently, I noticed one of the newer receptionists (a short-haired lady ) seems a bit impatient and rushes through when explaining medications. Hopefully, that can be improved. Overall, still a good clinic that we trust — highly recommend Dr. Alex and Dr. Kannan!

Receptionist gave erroneous information without checking. Called clinic on 2nd Feb to enquire if clinic has current stocks of Tdap and IPV for our niece. Was reassured by clinic staff that they have over the phone. However when we eventually reached the clinic, we were told that they in fact did not have the IPV vaccine. Extremely frustrating as we could have spent the time travelling to a different clinic which may have stocked the vaccines. Ought to be more thorough and careful in communications.

So far the receptionist is the very nice and well attitude. The locum Dr Kee is on the opposite. I seeked him for my back pain which lasted for a few hours on the day before and I cant go to clinic bcs they all closed. When I told him the pain was yesterday, even tho now it’s resolved, I am still concerned. Then he asked me “if your pain is gone, why you want to see me for what?” Lol. Then when I asked for MC, he smirked at me???.

the doctor is called Kannan S/O Sunderaraj. He removed his mask half way through during the consultation. He touched my face without wearing a glove. Everyone has different level of tolerance with people touching them. I think its basic decency to at least wear gloves and not remove your mask during the consultation. Seems really unprofessional in terms of healthcare and basic hygiene. I do not know about other doctors but this doctor has left me with a very bad impression for his unprofessionalism. In overall, I don't really recommend it as when I told the front desk about it, they kept silent and were only like okay okay. their attitude is great but im really disappointed with how they handled this situation after I confronted them about it. And afterall, you don't even know which doctor you'll end up with so it's really dependent on luck if you actually go there.

I only requested for 1 day extension of MC and I was being charged $14.20 for review. Doctor just asked me if I needed to extend 1day and I said yes. It only took 5 secs. I have never paid for any extension before at any other clinic. It’s quite bad service if the clinic is only looking at profit. Was attended to by a Locum doctor.
