Dr Saiful is one of the most patient doctor and educator which I have seen. He is patient in hearing about my family’s conditions and is willing to teach and show us images and information by googling on his computer. This is super rare for any GP. His approach is to guide us so that we can take better care of ourselves. When I make the next visit, even though my kid is not the patient, he would remember to ask about his condition and would discuss with me on how else to help my kid improve and not fall sick so easily. There are also newspaper articles in his clinic showing how he has been writing and contributing to medical health education over the years. Charges are very reasonable. Small clinic in an old neighbourhood. Not fancy or renovated, but for this level of attention and care, he is now our family go-to doctor and we trust him for his recommendations.

Last year, I consulted this clinic and noticed that the pillow was already black in colour. This year, I returned again — the same pillow, only now with even more black stains 🤣. In addition to that, a significant amount of time was wasted waiting. Although queue numbers were assigned, whenever walk-in payable patients arrived, the clinic staff openly allowed them to cut the queue. The overall professionalism of both the medical team and administrative staff was extremely disappointing. During the blood test procedure, staff were openly attending to their personal matters, including watching gold price stock market updates, and this took place directly in front of patients. While waiting inside the clinic to consult Dr. Saiful, other patients mentioned that doctor was not present in the clinic. Approximately 30 minutes later, Dr. Saiful hurriedly and discreetly entered the clinic. Yet again, priority was given to walk-in payable patients, allowing them to cut the queue 😆. After finally managing to consult Dr. Saiful, the entire consultation was completed in approximately 15 seconds 🤣. A few days later, I received a WhatsApp message on behalf of TheHealth Medical Centre, asking me to return for another consultation. No reason or time was mentioned, and when I tried to ask for clarification, there was absolutely no response. Thank you, TheHealth Medical Centre. I love Singapore, and I love TheHealth Medical Centre. (If you can imagine how I felt at that moment — I had just finished work, was completely exhausted, hungry, and had been fasting for 8 hours with holding my urine (urine text) as required for the medical check-up. Yet I still had to endure queue-cutting and poor management. You can imagine just how much “love” I had for this experience.)

My mother contacted the clinic to check if they offered the Yellow Fever vaccination for our family of four in December 2025. The clinic kindly arranged to order the vaccines for us, and the cost was comparable to what hospitals charge. The senior male nurse who administered the injections and completed our Yellow Fever vaccination cards was very professional, and the process was completely painless. We took it on 3 separate days. All four of us agreed — it was the first time we’ve had an injection that didn’t hurt at all! Thank you for the excellent service!

Excellent service by the doctor. He carefully listened me and answer all dubt I had and provided the medicine. Staff was also helpfull ( Inside the premisw, it was bit crowded and the old lady who take care of bills and medicine took considerable time. But this maybe it was a sunday and crowded than expected)

Ground staff doesn’t know how to get claim medical bill from a specific insurance company. They called me 4 times in the morning to continuously ask me whether i have given correct information, treated me like a cheater. Even one step ahead, he asked me to send the card to his whatsapp to verify information.. bruh, whattt!!! It was very stressful as he was continuously calling during my office work hours. This is my first time probably my last time visiting this.
