Was renovating my house and found that this shop was able to help me to repair my old lights. I also wanted to buy a new ceiling fan and I was surprised their wide range of ceiling fans that they could recommend. They know their products well and was able to help me to find what I needed. Their staff are patient and friendly too. Overall very good experience, will come back to purchase again if needed..!

Just left the premises and could not wait to write this review. Needed help with parts. Wasn't looking forward to coming down to just get that one part. I was expecting not to be treated nicely because it was just one small part. Was pleasantly proven wrong because the experience was an eye opener. It was very obvious that the people there were passionate about the organisation and the products. Thank you to Mr Tony and the lady who patiently showed me how to fix to the bottom of the water tank the part I just bought. Thank you too to the ladies behind the counter. It is rare to experience such passion in employees nowadays. I hope Toyomi appreciates their wonderful employees because these people are what makes an organisation successful. Bought 5 light fans (Crestar and KDK) from National Electrical Traders and was attended by friendly Ah Meng. The prices here for both the fans and lights are reasonable. Service is swift and good after sales service too. Will go back for purchase of lights.

Bought a Toyomi Stew Cooker & Steamer less than 6 months ago and used less than 10 times. Recently found hot water leaking below and wet all over the kitchen. As it’s still within warrantee period, product was sent back to National Electrical Trader center. Was told repair will be done in 2-3 days time. No call received until a week later my wife called and was informed that “controller” is faulty and require to pay $18 for the repair as it’s not part of the warrantee. Overall felt cheated although product is under warrantee for 1 year as all parts should be covered except faulty caused by human error.

i call in abt an enquiry . a lady assume the sales coordinator pass the phone to mr sidney. during the conversation , sidney was polite , extremely patient, and knowledgeable abt his field of line . very impressed abt his ability to try to help potential / would b customers. he is an asset to the company. keep it up
