I had my endoscopy done at NUH Endoscopy Centre and I just want to say a big thank you to the amazing team there. Everyone was kind, professional and made the experience much less intimidating than I expected. A special thank you to Nurse Sashisheela Balakrishnan (50229128) from Kent Ridge Campus, who welcomed me with a warm smile and gentle care. She was the one who inserted my IV, and to my surprise, it was completely painless. I barely felt a thing. I was quite nervous at first, but her calm and reassuring presence really helped me feel at ease. All the staff were wonderful and very helpful throughout the entire process. I’m truly grateful for their care and support. Highly recommend NUH Endoscopy Centre for anyone who needs the procedure done. You’ll be in good hands.

I am Ng Kah Ngan. I did my colonscopy on 4 August 9am. Throughout my registration to procedure to resting for review, I was very pleased with the staff in this centre. They were very polite, patient and friendly. Their instructions were clearly conveyed across to me. I have a fall after the hour rest from the procedure. The nurses got me into the bed without hesitation. They checked on me and made sure I am good and my son was here to pick me up. I could see the team spirit in the department which is very important to ensure all run well. Even in their busyness, they could handle an incident that is not in their timetable. When I thank them, they were so polite. It makes me feel so good in their presence. Well done, all staff in the department! Keep it up. Your smiles go a long long way in making your patients feel so loved.

Very quickly the 2 procedures were over. Served a cup of milo and biscuits and a detailed and assuring briefs of what to do post procedures. Nurse Chun Lee was very helpful and answered all our concerns. Cheers firthe team at the Endoscopy department 👍 Paul Koh
