I was warded on the 9th and discharged on the 20th January 2026 I would like to thank Dr Chan , Dr Lim, Dr Wang and the rest of the team of doctors who took good care of me during my recent stay at NCID. Dr Chan, Dr Wang and a few other doctors were both patient and considerate. They spent time to explain to me the procedures which I had to go through. They were both thorough and clear. I would also like to thank Khristine, Hiza, Nurashikin, Jenny, Bing, Vivienne, Angel Wong, Nur Hazlinda, Tong Wing, Priya, Kimberley, Amelia ,Debbie and other nurses who have taken good care of me at F8 Ward 40. A big thank you for your patience and kindness. Thanks too for the admission officer, Vijaya of NCID who was so caring and kind. Despite the pain and my physical limitations, you all have made my stay less painful and more tolerable. Mdm Ng
My father was warded for several nights here. The room is quite spacious and tranquil. The ward nurses and doctors are kind and understanding. The process of discharge was efficient, with all medications packed and prepared before noon. To Ward 8F, Bed 32I nurses, doctors, cleaners, porters, everyone, we express our heartfelt gratitude for your outstanding care! Kudos to all of you! Your dedication and hard work are greatly appreciated for my father's recovery.
The place is spacious and clean. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I am grateful to all the nurses and stas who have helped to look after my father. I think our government has done a great job.
the waiting time for collection of my medicine is absolutely horrible. waited 40 mins because the staff needs to “administer a report for patient”. so much for saying “quite a white” when the waiting time is almost going to be an hour.
