About Newton Show Camp
Newton Show Camp is a baby celebrations specialist operating islandwide from its base at 887a Bukit Timah Road. The listing is KakiList-verified, and the provider holds a 4.3/5 rating across 91 Google reviews — a moderately robust sample that suggests consistent delivery across a range of baby milestones including full-month, 100-day, and baby shower events. No ACRA registration has been confirmed at this time. Pricing is at a mid-range level ($$) on a package basis, in line with the Singapore market for baby celebration packages.
When enquiring, share your event date, estimated guest count, venue type, and the specific milestone you are celebrating — full-month (满月), 100-day, or baby shower — so Newton Show Camp can propose a suitable package. Typical baby celebration packages bundle entertainment, decorations, and in some cases balloon arrangements or thematic props; confirm exactly what is included versus available as an add-on. Discuss the setup and teardown windows relative to your venue's access hours, especially if you are booking an HDB void deck or condo function room, and ask about any travel charge for venues outside the central region. Enquire about a wet-weather or contingency plan if any component is outdoors, and confirm whether public liability insurance is held — some HDB and condo venues require a copy before approving setup.
To move forward, reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form with your event date and headcount to check availability and receive a package proposal. Deposits are typically 30–50% on signing, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event — confirm the rescheduling and cancellation terms in writing at the time of booking.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
My girls recently completed their one-week holiday camp at Newton Show - JollyMix Multi-Activity and it was a truly wonderful experience. They were so proud to receive their certificates at the end of the week! The camp offered a great variety of activities that encouraged curiosity through play and learning. From hands-on crafts to simple science experiments, the programme was engaging and well thought out. One of their absolute favourites was making slime, they couldn’t stop talking about it! The teachers were engaging, supportive and attentive and it was clear that the children were well cared for throughout the camp. My girls enjoyed every day and always looked forward to going back.
This is a very exciting development camp. The children are always busy playing with other children. The program can be different, but we really liked the multifunctional one. There is a school bus that you can see through the app. In addition, every day you can see new photos of how the children spent the day. It's very cool. My child is looking forward to returning to
This might be good in Singapore but my god, it was absolutely horrible in Johor. The children are given TV for 45mins so that dysregulated them completely. The so called trained facilitators spoke amongst themselves, hardly engaging the kids, are their own food amongst themselves and spoke so poorly - lots of Singlish, poor grammar and fragments in speech. The marketing is so good but what my child brought home - food colouring disguised as magic potions, a chopsticks disguised as a wand and that's it! For a camp that long, it's truly pathetic. Snack was fruits and lunch was teriyaki chicken. They didn't even realised that my son threw his entire lunch away - why? That's because the staff was sitting away from the kids, by themselves and having a staff lunch. My son tried to join the group but the children turned him away so he sat by himself. What makes it worst is that the facilitator of the class LEAVES the children in her care and goes off to the shops nearby to grab her breakfast. In the middle of the workshop time! Such good marketing of a Harry Potter camp workshop but truly, this was just disappointing. Keep your money and keep your kids at home. They are better off doing nothing at home for sure.
I have been sending my son to Newtonshow camps for years, and the professors/teachers have always been very patient and professional. The vibe was always good, and he would always leave the camp in a happy mood, until this year’s Tomato Cooking School at Bukit Timah Shopping Centre. Today, I picked my son up and he broke down in tears because Professor Mandy scolded him in front of the entire class for texting me to pick him up. He usually does this around 3:15–3:30 pm (before school ends at 4 pm) so that I know when to come down to pick him up when he is done. However, he was scolded for this right in front of everyone, and he was clearly embarrassed. Granted, rules are rules and sometimes kids do misbehave, but there are better approaches to correction. Shaming them is not one of them. He didn’t even want to attend the last day and said he hated it and never wants to go for another Newton class again. I also noticed that all the professors have changed this year, and the overall vibe was not good. The kids were reprimanded for every little thing. It was no longer fun like before. I felt like I had wasted my money and mind you, these camps are not cheap. I probably wouldn’t send him to Newton camps again.
my 9 year old boy loves the harry potter wizarding camp and he has absolutely enjoyed all the activities. he is excited and brought home daily the hand made items. he looks forward to join the magic camp again and asked me to sign him up for the mad science camp. Teachers are nice and patient and look after the kids well

Newton Show Camp prices baby celebration services on a package basis, positioned at the mid-range ($$) level. Singapore market norms for baby full-month and 100-day packages typically run S$300–2,000 depending on scope — covering entertainment, decorations, balloon installations, or thematic setups — with add-ons such as mascot appearances, emcee services, or custom props priced separately. Itemise the following before signing: the deposit amount (typically 30–50% on booking), the balance payment schedule, hours of coverage or setup, deliverables included, travel charge for non-central venues, and GST where applicable. Contact Newton Show Camp directly for a current package quote tailored to your guest count and venue. See the full Baby Celebrations cost guide for Singapore →
For baby celebrations, most families book six to twelve weeks ahead for in-demand entertainers and balloon decorators. Popular Saturday and Sunday slots — particularly in the morning, which suits young children — fill up quickly, so earlier enquiry is worthwhile once your venue and date are confirmed. Confirm whether the date is firmly held once a deposit is paid, and ask whether Newton Show Camp holds a soft reservation while you finalise venue paperwork. If any portion of the event is outdoors or in an HDB void deck, check the wet-weather contingency plan at the time of booking rather than the week before.
Singapore industry standard for baby celebration vendors is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the event date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date hold, design consultation, props preparation — and what portion, if any, is refundable if you cancel. Deposits are typically non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date, so ask about the rescheduling window. Also confirm whether Newton Show Camp holds public liability insurance, as HDB void decks and condo function rooms sometimes require a copy of the certificate before approving third-party setup crews on the premises.
