When enquiring, start by sharing your event date, venue, and headcount via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form. Discuss the theme or style you have in mind — full-month, 100-day, or baby shower formats each carry their own traditions, such as red eggs and ang ku kueh for Chinese full-month celebrations, or halal alternatives for mixed-faith guest lists. Confirm what each package covers (decor, balloon installations, setup and teardown windows) versus what is billed separately, the deposit required on signing (typically 30–50%), and when the balance falls due. Ask about travel charges if your venue is outside the central area, and clarify the wet-weather or backup contingency if any elements are outdoors.
Reach out directly via WhatsApp or the contact form with your event date, venue type, and approximate headcount to receive a package quote and check availability.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
My son absolutely loves Newton Show and looks forward to it every school break! The facilitators are wonderfully caring and attentive, always making sure to meet each child’s specific needs. A special shout‑out to Professor Pineapple, my son’s favorite, who returned to lead the Winter Adventure Camp just for him — they share such a fantastic bond 😊. The programs are consistently fresh, creative, and innovative, ensuring my son is never bored and always excited to come back.
Our children (ages 6–9) attended the winter English camp in Singapore, and it was an amazing experience for all of them. They truly enjoyed every day of the program and always came back excited and happy. The camp organized visits to many famous places around Singapore, which made learning even more fun and memorable. The teachers were very kind, caring, and attentive, and we felt confident that our children were in good hands throughout the program. We are very grateful for this wonderful experience and highly recommend this camp to other families.
I am a returning customer who enrolled my son in Newtonshow Camp based on trust in their previous quality programmes and flexible, parent-friendly policies. However, this time, my son lost interest after just 2 of 10 days, as the programme quality was noticeably weaker than in previous years. When I requested a refund, I was told only then that refunds were no longer allowed, and my messages were totally ignored. Parents should consider carefully before enrolling, especially regarding programme quality, children’s safety, and the centre’s policies. Their unaccountability and irresponsibility are evident, and my experience does not appear to be an isolated case.
Thank you for party on 7 December 2024 for Alexandra (3yo) We hired Newton Show to organize a dinosaur-themed party for our daughter’s third birthday in December 2024. We decided to put ourselves in the professional hands of their Manager, Julia, and ordered a full package N3. As well as the science demonstration, this included food/treats for the kids, a dinosaur-themed cake, room and birthday table decoration, posters, souvenirs for children, etc. On the day, everything was ready and prepared as agreed, and we just turned up an hour before the start to add our own personal touches. We encouraged parents to drop off their children for the 90 minutes of the party, although some chose to stay, and that was fine too. In spite of the children being so young (2.5-3.5) they were enchanted by the Newton Show experiments (dry ice, making plastic snow, burning foam, etc.) conducted in entertaining fashion by Mr. Dinosaur. Like magic, but everything was real. And safe! He was able to grab the young audience, keep them interested for a whole hour, and even get them to participate where appropriate. The proceedings were rounded off with a “volcano” birthday cake. The parents who stayed were thrilled to see the enthusiasm and twinkles in the children's eyes as they were watching Mr. Dinosaur’s experiments and jumping up and down while participating in all activities. We even hope that a few tiny seeds may have been sown for the development of scientists of the future! We had 24 kids at our daughter's party and received a lot of positive feedback from other parents. The kids enjoyed the party while the parents had a peaceful 1.5 hrs for themselves on a weekend day. Many thanks to Julia and her team. We wish Newton Show lots of success with Christmas activities and generally developing scientific skills in the younger generations. Best wishes, Vera & Bernard Samules
My kids attended the ICY LAB camp and had a wonderful time. Everyday they came back with interesting stories to tell and look forward to the next day of camp. They have attended several camps over the past few years and always look forward to the different themes offered. Thank you Newtonshow for enriching their minds!

Newtonshow Baby Shower prices its services as packages, positioned in the mid-range ($$). For baby celebrations in Singapore, baby full-month and 100-day party bundles covering decor and balloon installations typically run S$300–2,000 depending on the scale of the setup, number of backdrop elements, and whether florals or customised signage are included. Baby shower packages tend to sit in a similar band. Confirm what is included in each tier: setup and teardown, delivery to venue, specific decor pieces, and the number of hours on-site. Ask about the deposit schedule (typically 30–50% on signing, balance 1–2 weeks before the event), travel charges for non-central venues, and GST. For baby full-month and 100-day celebrations, booking 6–12 weeks ahead is generally advisable for in-demand decorators and party setups, particularly for Saturday and Sunday dates. If your event falls on a long weekend or during a busy festive period, allow more lead time as popular slots fill quickly. Confirm whether your preferred date is available before paying any deposit — the deposit is what formally holds the slot. Also ask whether the date is transferable if you need to reschedule, and clarify the wet-weather contingency if any portion of the setup is in an outdoor or semi-outdoor venue such as an HDB void deck or condo poolside area.
The standard practice for event vendors in Singapore is a deposit of 30–50% on signing, with the balance due approximately 1–2 weeks before the event date. The deposit typically covers the date hold and any planning or design work carried out ahead of the event. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date if you reschedule with sufficient notice. Confirm in writing what happens if you need to postpone — most reputable providers allow one rescheduling within a reasonable window without forfeiting the deposit. Also ask about public liability insurance, which is particularly relevant for setups at HDB void decks or condo function rooms where the venue management may require a copy of the certificate before permitting installation.
