I first learned about Dr. Ho through my GP, and although I’m usually hesitant with new doctors, Dr. Ho’s friendly approach immediately put me at ease. He explained the details of my surgery clearly, and despite the severity of my condition, he never alarmed me, making sure I felt well taken care of by providing timely instructions to the nurses in my ward. Post-surgery and during subsequent follow-ups, everything was smooth. Dr. Ho patiently answered all my questions and offered valuable advice on how to better care for myself. I am truly grateful to have been under his care. The staff at Nexus Medical were equally wonderful. Always welcoming, prompt in addressing queries, and incredibly friendly. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Ho for his wonderful care. Dr. Ho performed my surgery and the recovery was much quicker than I expected. He was extremely friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly felt that he understood and empathized with me, which made me feel very safe and reassured throughout the process. He had went above and beyond, and that personal touch made all the difference in my experience. The post surgery visit to his clinic, I had been in contact with Queen who was also very kind and supportive, making the whole journey smooth and comfortable.
