I had a great experience at Novena Heart Centre. The entire process was incredibly efficient — wait times were under 5 minutes, which is rare in most cases. Their customer care was also excellent, with staff who were friendly, prompt, and attentive throughout my visit. Best part was that I could get my radiology tests done immediately on the same day, right at the clinic and results will be explained by the doctor immediately after the scans. This saved me time and hassle — no need to return on another day just for scans. The nurses and radiology staff checked in on me every few minutes, ensuring I was comfortable and doing okay. If you have insurance, most of the costs are covered, and you’ll only need to pay for miscellaneous fees in cash. Just have to go in early for registration as the process can take awhile. Highly recommended for anyone looking for fast, reliable, and compassionate cardiac care.
