Like most blokes I don't go to the doctor as often or urgently as I should but I've gotten a lot better thanks to Doctor Lin at Nuffield in Siglap. I assume we are of similar age and outlook as I feel very comfortable with him and he is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and confidential. Dr. Lin never hurries me out or over-prescribes and I always leave feeling listened to and taken care of. As a man I appreciate having a male doctor I can relate to and who doesn't judge me too harshly for not being a tee-total, vegan, fitness fanatic! Highly recommended, especially for men who avoid going to the doctor, you won't avoid Dr. Lin.

Dr Lin Kai Wei is the best GP ever! As a foreigner, it's always difficult to "bind" with local GP due to differences in culture, EQ, and way of working. If you're looking for a really family/cozy practice, Nuffield Medical Siglap got to become your go to. Dr Lin always goes above and beyond. He is patient, curious, listens extremely well to you and your concerns, always gives wise advise, is always positive, smiling, and moreover, he is super knowledgeable! I cannot recommend it enough. His team (the front office women) is also extremely warm and professional. I wish I could give 10 stars. Thanks for everything! A really happy patient.

Nuffield Medical is an excellent medical centre that has a Superb Doctor - DR Lin K.W as well as very fast, efficient, helpful and friendly exemplary staff, noticeably Janet. I went there for my annual health screening and even though the clinic was full and packed, Janet made sure the entire process was fast and seamless (exactly what a very busy person like me appreciates as minimum time is spent waiting as the case in many other clinics). Doctor Lin is also very professional, friendly and a great personality who makes you feel at ease. Very good experience. I was so impressed I booked a medical screening for my helper immediately on the spot which subsequently turned out to be another A+ experience for both my helper and I. For all of you out there who wants to deal with fast, happy, efficient medical experts with high proficiency, I would HIGHLY recommend Nuffield.

I did not encounter a favorable experience during a health screening at this clinic. Here are the four reasons spanning from the start to the end of the journey: (a) the website sold the clinic to be modern and current, however, the clinic environment came across messy and dated (b) I had to complete a pre-registration questionnaire which queried on previous and current medical history. It came across thorough but to my surprise, the doctor did not bring this up at all during the health screening. I had opted for the Ruby package which costed S$500 and the entire health screening process took 15minutes, all in (c) Janet, the female receptionist did not come across friendly and with poor bedside manners. Specifically to this point, during the EKG monitoring, she did not warn me that I was going to be topless and immediately lifted my blouse exposing myself. It was really hard to feel relax in such a situation (d) Post the screening, I called the clinic to check on some other stuff and only to be told that she had carried out the EKG monitoring with a male baseline. She then proceeded to inform me 'I can go back to the clinic if I want it redone'. I had to correct her that male and female baseline is different hence please check with the doctor on what's the best course of action. In summary, I would not go back to this clinic.
