We've been seeing Dr Menka for my 5 year old's constant stomach pains and gut discomfort that has lasted for more than a year. She got admitted to hospital over an acute episode but nothing was found. She also falls sick very often. So far after being tested (and finding out that she has leaky gut, bacterial imbalances and food sensitivities) and treated by Dr Menka naturally with supplements for half a year, her symptoms have improved and we are glad. Hoping that she can be fully well and be in good health. Functional medicine is really costly for us but we prefer to take the natural route as much as possible and we're hoping this would give our child a good foundation in health. I’m so happy to be able to find a holistic solution for my daughter’s eczema. It was making her unhappy and disrupting every part of her life. Before we came to Dr Menka, we had seen so many dermatologists. None of them was able to give me a clear plan or anything that allowed me to feel that eventually we will be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. The tests were expensive no doubt and I was actually quite doubtful initially. However, after the tests, the supplements were still quite affordable. Not the mention the painful lifestyle changes after finding out my girl’s food sensitivities. Dr Menka gave very specific instructions and we were also given grace, understanding and patience from her to go through this journey. We started our journey in September 2024. After almost a year, her skin is 200% better. Looking back now, it is all worth it. We no longer rely on oral or topical steroids, or funny unsustainable diets (one dermatologist recommended pure carnivore diet and another said no eating of anything that comes in plastic bag) She’s able to sleep and do her activities. Right now we are in the midst of reintroducing the list of sensitive foods back. I hope it will turn out well. I strongly believe in functional medicine now. My hubby is now convinced to try it because he has eczema too. Thank you Dr Menka!

Dr. Gupta's Functional Medicine Practices helped identify the toxins in my body. Through her medication, she helped eliminate yeast, traces of pesticides and pointed out a high amount of fungi content (Enniatin B) in my body. She also helped facilitate and give guidelines on food elimination and reintroduction in order to promote and boost gut health. With her help, my troubles regarding an excessive amount of lethargy and my body's unwillingness to cooperate with me through being slow to heal or regenerate stamina have been approximately 60% eliminated - with the remaining 40% caused by me being overweight. Through this, I am able to have a continuous (although currently limited) burst of energy during my workout routines and after resting for a few hours, I could continue with the rest of my day without feeling extremely exhausted. 10 years ago, I would have passed out and slept for half the day due to extreme bodily exhaustion from a mere 2 hour intense workout or activity because of bodily toxins and inflammation that Doc Gupta haven't yet addressed.
