It was a pleasant experience from the reception to the end. The girls around the desk are really welcoming. Specially, Dr Samuel and other doctors in this clinic are amazingly great at listening to the patients and understanding their concerns. Sometimes Doctor himself comes to the counter and advices the patients again how medicines should be taken. It is profound experience and they understand the situation of a patient very well. I used to go to this clinic even though it is not covered by my insurance because of their quality of service. Highly recommended !

The nurse is always late. Will come on the dot 830am or later. The doctor will only come at 9am or later. There are no seats outside the clinic. For those who are very sick, you will be expected to queue while waiting for the latecomers to open the clinic.
