Had Ecoluxe done for our living and bedroom areas and Lastic for our toilets. Can't emphasise enough how thankful we are to have engaged Obalay for our first home. The team has been nothing but accommodating and helpful throughout the journey. Having products that are uniquely theirs, the outcome speaks for itself. Absolutely love the seamless look it brings along with the wavy lines that give it a bit of flair. It is unbelievable that this was all achieved within a total of only 3 days and is even odourless. It is a statement piece by itself and we have received countless compliments from our visitors. Would highly recommend anyone considering to give it a shot as we have. I first noticed that a few pebbles had started to drop out after 19 years since my last pebble flooring overlay. Around the same time, I was also considering replacing my toilet bowl and matching basin, so I felt it was the right moment to look into replacing the flooring as well. However, I was in a dilemma as my original pebble flooring had been installed by Porousway Pte Ltd many years ago, and I was concerned about compatibility and workmanship. After some Googling, I was relieved to discover that Porousway had been rebranded under Obalay Pte Ltd. Without hesitation, I contacted the company and was attended to by Dale, who was extremely patient and professional. He took the time to explain the current Pebble Pro technology in detail, clearly outlining both the pros and cons. His honest and knowledgeable explanation gave me the confidence to proceed and engage his services. I also visited their showroom to personally confirm the pebble colour. Although there was a slight miscommunication regarding the final selected colour, I am still very satisfied with the overlay outcome, as the completed colour was also one of my preferred choices. Dale and his team came on 21 January to remove the old pebble flooring, and another appointment was promptly arranged for 23 January to carry out the overlay. As advised, the floor had to be kept completely dry before the overlay process. The team worked efficiently and neatly, completing the job within about four hours. I was very pleased with the workmanship and attention to detail. As a thoughtful finishing touch, they even provided a new broom, a bottle of floor cleanser, and a maintenance guide. Overall, it was a smooth, professional, and reassuring experience.

I have an older apartment, and had previously hired a different company to do an epoxy coating for the floors of my service yard, a small bathroom, and storeroom. Fast forward 10 years, it had cracked and disintegrated badly and was in bad shape. I'm so glad I went with Obalay for a new floor coating. Pebble Pro is a superior product that creates a thicker, non-slip material that covers up the underlying tile grout lines. And I can't see it cracking like the previous material did, because it's made up of many tiny pebbles strongly held together. The result is so good, repairmen who have been stopping by have been complimenting and asking questions about it. It feels great to walk on. The new floor traps also look much better. Best of all, from start to finish, it's been an enjoyable and trustworthy experience working with Obalay. From my enquiry email, to a visit to their showroom, through to completion, Rose and her colleagues have been responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We felt reassured throughout that we were making the right choice. The two guys who came to do the installation finished all three areas within a day, and were very pleasant and detail oriented. The kerbs and slight sloping of the floor for drainage were all beautifully done, even though the team finished faster than expected (we thought it would take 2 days). There was no epoxy smell afterwards, and it cured overnight and was ready for use the next day! Amazing stuff. I only wish I had also hired them to redo my walls this time, the bathroom would look even better. A future consideration for when I next get the apartment back.

Did our BTO with their ecoluxe flooring! It has a bit of a sandy texture which we like; also, there were some parts that were uneven but their team came down to rectify those spots to the best of their ability.
