For baby full-month and 100-day celebrations, the typical journey begins with reaching out via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to confirm availability for your event date. You would discuss package scope — the style of presentation, guest headcount, dietary mix for guests (including halal alternatives for mixed-faith guest lists), and whether red eggs, ang ku kueh, or other traditional elements are included. Deposit is typically 30–50% on signing to secure the date, with the balance due closer to the event. Lead time for in-demand baby celebration packages is generally 6–12 weeks, so enquiring early gives you more customisation options.
To get started, contact Old Seng Choong Full Month directly via WhatsApp or phone to check date availability, request the current package menu, and confirm what is included versus billed separately before paying any deposit.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Came by to get some cookies for Diwali gifting. The chocolate orange sea salt cookies is really one of the best I’ve tried! Also sampled their pandan chiffon cake, sooo soft and fragrant. The packaging is lovely, and the staff was very sweet to offer a nice gift box. Really appreciate the great service and thoughtful touch.
Beautiful shop, bought their black truffle walnuts cookies and pineapple tarts for gifting. Kudos to the staffs👍 for offering me free delivery to the hotel as it is too heavy
Bad service and unfriendly staffs. Mediocre products at high price. Best is you go in sample every cookies and just leave.
the staff is very helpful in providing samples n helping with the tax refund. all the cookies are so yummy especially the chocolate orange!! def will come back again for souvenirs
Didn't end up buying, but chanced upon this shop when walking by, and got caught by the fancy looking packaging and storefront. Was definitely in the headspace to buying gifts for my clients, thus it made sense. Really impressed by the overall vibe of the shop, the product marketing, and the packaging ultimately. Price point is fair to high; I'd not qualify it as "cheap enough". 20 bucks a tin of cookies is definitely not in my comfort ranges, but I guess for the quality of everything, sounds reasonable. Shall try it some day soon!

Old Seng Choong Full Month prices its baby celebration packages at a mid-range ($$) level. Singapore market norms for full-month and 100-day bundles typically run S$300–2,000 depending on the scope — covering items such as traditional red eggs, ang ku kueh, peanut-based sweets, and presentation packaging. Itemise carefully: confirm what the package price includes versus what is billed on top (custom printed cards, add-on quantities, delivery to your venue, and any surcharge for non-central addresses). A deposit of roughly 30–50% is standard on signing, with the balance due before the event date. GST may apply depending on whether Old Seng Choong Full Month is GST-registered — confirm this when you request the quotation. See the full Baby Celebrations cost guide for Singapore →
For baby full-month and 100-day celebrations, 6–12 weeks of lead time is a reasonable minimum for in-demand specialists — especially if you want customisation such as printed cards, specific flavour combinations, or larger quantities. Peak demand periods around the Lunar New Year and mid-year school holidays can push timelines further out. Because the due date anchors your full-month date, most parents begin enquiring in the second or third trimester. Confirm early whether the deposit locks in the date and package scope, and ask about the rescheduling policy in case of a premature arrival or change in plans — a reputable provider will have a clear position on both.
The standard practice for baby celebration packages is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure your event date and lock in the package scope. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date hold, custom design or printing work, ingredients pre-ordering — and what is refundable if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits for event vendors are typically non-refundable but may be transferable to a future date within a set window. Ask specifically about rescheduling if the baby arrives earlier or later than expected, as this is a practical reality for this category. Also confirm whether halal alternatives for mixed-faith guests are available and whether any dietary mix affects lead time or pricing before paying.
