2023-2nd year that we are using Omni Global transportation for our company annual symposium event to relocate our exhibitors simulator and accessories (2 way trip arrangement). We are impressed with the accomodating style and arrangement from the team (Peczon, Vicki, Karthik and Mizan) with dedicated whatsapps group for the intended job routing to assured us as their client. 2022-The 1st year we were caught in a last min situation of no delivery lorry available for next morning early delivery to the event venue as our vehicle could not accomodate the bulk of equipment to be transported but thankfully for Omni team assured us that they able to fulfilled our order with reasonable pricing. Would recommend to discuss your plans with them and further your decision once it meets your criteria :)

The moving company refused to return my $100 deposit for the use of their carton boxes even after they have collected them in August. I have contacted their boss Peczon a number of times but to no reply. Although their workers are generally good, I would NOT recommend using them for any of their services.

Today we had a TERRIBLE experience with the team . First never informed owner in advance on which date and timing when they will deliver the goods . Finally after a long month of waiting, this morning they called my wife that goods will arrived in 30 min . How can we arrange people to open up our gate and rushing back from work is not a joke . Second , bulky goods with wooden crate which restricted from entering the lift . Instead of offering better solution as expert movers , they left the goods at level 1 lift lobby . This is so unprofessional and irresponsible attitude Omni Global could offer . Third , customer service is bad too ,manager push blame to supplier . We are willing to bear the cost to help us move it up level by level but they said its not in their service and there is nothing they could do. If your company cannot fulfil door to door delivery , please stop your operation and wind up your business . In the end , we have to pay additional money for another group of movers that they did the assessment then removed the wooden crate and there they go , goods into the lift . Just 5 min of assessment, and they could do it. (Omni Golbal they CANNOT , unprofessional, irresponsible, lazy and push blame to other) We will not recommend Omni Global Pte Ltd , and hope none of you will experience this incident again .

Emailed them to provide a quotation for cement screed floor. Peczon replied with technical questions like how thick the screed needs to be. So I called him to arrange a site recce to assess the site and address any technical questions he may have. Confirmed the date and time with him over the call. Even whatsapped him to remind him to which he did acknowledge. In the end, no one turned up and not even a call or message to inform. Luckily I didnt pin any hope on this company because he was unfriendly and unhelpful over the call.

Very bad experience wth this company staff. Informed to delivery next working day after 5:30 pm. How do you apply leave for next day after 5:30 pm office working hour? Missed one item when delivery and asked you to check other person’s item wrongly to send to you. Very mess. Goods also damaged.
