Visted the clinic @6:30pm and waited for 1hr+ just to see Dr.Lim Jiak Woon. During registration was told that there are 2 patients before me, 1 inside the consult room and another one not here yet. Each patient took 30mins+ inside the consult room, already having high fever and unwell but wasting more times here. This not the first time attended by the same doctor, after this visit it shall be the last time visiting here.

Many times visited OneDoctor AMK with different issues which cannot be resolved by other clinics. OneDoctors AMK always given their best analysis and advice with the solution try out for myself. Although different doctors reviewing, they are indeed taking care and resolving my health issues, explaining why the medicine is given or try out, if the medicine not working then will try out the next solution. Instead of straight give standard solution, the clinic really really analysing and giving a permanent solution instead of making money. I am still going back even I had moved to Sengkang. The waiting time could be long as the doctor took every patient issues seriously and deep enough, hence, the waiting time always long tho. I will always call to ask for the queue to wait for and walk around at AMK Central while waiting.

Wow! I have never ever seen such a wonderful Doctor in my entire stay in Sg. Until I went here for a check-up. I have seen many clinics, some doctors are very casual, some are a bit rude. But this Doctor, (Dr. LEE CI HAN) is very polite, energetic, caring, it feels like you are talking to a nice approachable receptionist and I bet she also smiles at you even if she is wearing a protective mask because you can see it in her eyes. Eyes are glowing! Highly recommended! I hope she can read this someday and remember me, because I have asked her where I can leave a review for her great patient care service. Then she laughed a bit and said on Google review 😊

Been a regular at this clinic and there's a few doctors that are really nice and good. The wait can be long but depends on condition. They are usually thorough with their examination and don’t rush. The receptionist or clinic assistant are also better now They have changed their opening hours recently. See attached
