Update on 3 July 2025: After Stanley, the account manager, responded to my email, he made a site visit to view the plants in person. He was sincere with assiting us to rectify the mealy bug infestation issue and was also empathetic. I greatly appreciated it. After planning a solution and executing it, the plants in my office are overhauled and looking fantastic now. Please keep up the standard and level of service. As I'm very statisfied with Stanley, I decided to update my review. Thank you. ____________________________________________________________ Wondered how they even got a 4 star review on Google. We engaged OneO2 to supply and maintain plants for our office floor, but the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Their assigned plant nurturer spends less than an hour on-site — clearly insufficient for a full office floor. After every visit, I still have to personally prune overgrown plants and remove wilted or yellow leaves. I raised these concerns via email to their sales and account team, and received a generic response promising that the matter had been escalated. But after that, I was met with complete silence for a full 7 days. Things got worse. After conducting a thorough inspection, I found that about 45% of our plants were heavily infested with white mealy bugs. Some infestations were so severe that the bugs had even spilled into the planter boxes. This didn’t happen overnight — the extent of it clearly points to long-term neglect. Their service is not cheap, yet what we received was far below basic expectations. Although the account manager eventually arranged a site visit, I had already sent 12 photos clearly showing the infestation. I’m not sure what more needs to be “seen” in person — perhaps I’ll catch a few bugs and offer them as an ice-cream topping during the meeting. All this could have been avoided if the plant nurturer had simply done the job he was engaged and paid to do. I’ve worked with other landscaping vendors for multi-floor offices and never encountered pest issues like this. I do not recommend OneO2 for your landscaping needs — poor service, no accountability, and unacceptable maintenance standards. 2 stars simply because at least your plant nurturer turn up to work every 2 weeks.

Having 2 pots of orchids from them, flowers deteriorated very quickly, one pot fading completely within three weeks of receipt. Feedback to customer service, been told their orchid typically last up to about two weeks under standard indoor conditions, which is much shorter than online info / my previous experience that the blooms typically last from two to three months. Nothing been done by them. Very disappointing...

Very bad- sold me 2 pots of orchids for $80 and lasted less than a month. Told salesperson in charge and he did not offer to do customer recovery but pin the “blame” on many other things. I was so reluctant to purchase initially because I only paid $20 for the orchid at Tiong Bahru market which is placed at the exact same spot but is still alive! If your customer paid a premium at least make some decent efforts to do customer recovery. Customers are not your carrots.

We have had One O2 Team to maintain our Green Wall monthly. Their prices were reasonable. The plants that they bring in for us for replacement were healthy, free from insects. Most importantly their team is superbly dedicated.
