Families exploring student care at OOSH Rainbow Centre should begin by enquiring about available slots for their child's intended start month, as capacity can be limited. When you contact the centre, ask about the daily routine, homework supervision arrangements, enrichment activities, and the staff-to-student ratio. I came here for a company volunteering event , out of my curiosity , I read the google reviews before I came, and the reviews of the parents and previous students put up here made me cry. The school is for the special needs children and they have a very strict check in and check out process to protect the children. The teacher to student ratio is quite high, you can see almost one teacher is paired with a child with special needs. Although I was here for only half day, I am very impressed with the patience of the teacher to the individual student with lots of care and love, you will imagine how hard it is consistently. Here is a place full of angels and love.
The school is really great with awesome teachers. My son attended the early intervention class for 2 .5 years and i nvr regretted enrolling my son. Well.done to the schools , staffs and especially the teachers
I was there since K2 hopefully the teacher there will remember me as I am now Secondary 4 taking my N-level exam soon.
The school is lively with students with special needs. There are classes for students 6 and below, to classes to 14 years old and above.
The security guard is rude!

OOSH Rainbow Centre operates on a monthly recurring fee model, placing it in the mid-range pricing tier. Beyond the monthly programme fee, families should ask about any one-time registration fee, a deposit (typically equivalent to one to two months' fees), and any costs for uniforms or personal accident insurance. It is worth confirming the full breakdown in writing before enrolment. Childcare and student care fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the amount quoted should be the amount you pay. ECDA subsidies may further reduce your out-of-pocket costs depending on your child's citizenship status and your household income. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled in a licensed student care centre may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy of up to S$300 per month for childcare, with higher amounts available for infant care. Working mothers employed for 56 or more hours per month may qualify for the additional Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy. Families with lower household incomes may also be eligible for the Additional Subsidy, which can bring total combined subsidies to up to S$710 per month depending on circumstances. Permanent resident children receive partial subsidies at lower rates. Subsidy amounts are subject to change, so it is strongly recommended that you check current figures directly with ECDA at www.ecda.gov.sg and confirm with OOSH Rainbow Centre which subsidies they are enrolled to administer. Note that subsidies apply to ECDA-licensed centres; confirm the centre's licence status before enrolment.
Student care places, particularly those aligned with nearby primary schools, can fill up well in advance. As a general guide, families are advised to enquire at least three to six months ahead of their intended start date. January is typically the peak intake month in Singapore, coinciding with the start of the school year, so demand is highest in the preceding months of October through December. To secure a place, centres commonly require a registration fee and a deposit at the point of confirmation. Contact OOSH Rainbow Centre directly via phone or their enquiry form to check current availability for the relevant school year level and to understand the steps needed to reserve a slot for your child.
