I came for treatment for my vertigo about 2 months ago. On initial assessment by Jessy, she found that I was putting 3kg more on my right leg. One leg was longer, my right shoulder was lower and my head tilted in the opposite direction. After 12 sessions, I only put 800g more weight on my right side and my spine was more erect. I would highly recommend this Chiropractic practice for upper cervical treatment for the professional service, friendly and welcoming staff and relaxing ambience.

I’m incredibly grateful for the care I’ve received at Vitality Chiropractic in Peninsula Plaza. When I first came in, I was struggling with a range of issues—neck pain, vertigo, fibromyalgia, ear ringing, and more. It felt like a lot to manage, but from the very beginning, I felt genuinely heard and supported. A special thanks to Dr Jessey, who has been nothing short of amazing. She’s always so patient with me, no matter how many concerns or questions I bring up. What I truly appreciate is how she checks in on my progress at every session and adjusts the treatment based on how I’m doing that day. She takes time to explain things clearly and makes sure I feel reassured throughout the process.
