Despite the long queue, our family of 3 visit Dr Jerer very often as kids are prone to viruses in sch and we parents always get infected too. Dr Jerer is extremely friendly and is very knowledgeable in his work. He always elaborates our condition clearly and always feels very reassuring. So glad to have came across to such knowledgeable and friendly doctor near us.

Replacement doc was in. Poor clinic service. Waited for my sick child turn (only 5 people in front of his queue) and ppl keep on jumping queues before his turn. Very displeased and disappointing. The clinic nurse was also very inefficient and slow in dispensing medicine. I won’t go to this clinic anymore even though dr jerer was one of the few kindest doctor around.

I have been visiting this clinic primarily because of the resident doctor (Dr Jerer) because he is professional and polite. Every consultations have been a joy. This one star review is not because of the doctor but the clinic staff cheznin. She dished out the wrong medical advice without first confirming with the doctor. In particular, she indicated that the lotion is merely to relieve itch and that there is no need to use the lotion if there is no itch. However, this was not the doctor intention after clarification. This advice is for my kid who is having rashes and may not be fatal in this case. However, if she were to give the wrong medical advice for cases where it can lead to serious complication, that can be fatal. This should be not be happening. Her attitude is also sarcastic and uncalled for.

I went to the clinic at around 12.30 pm today and waited outside until it was my turn. There was something that unsettled me while I was waiting for my medication. I noticed a lady sitting at a corner, coughing openly into the air, unmasked, her nose red like a reindeer with the flu. The clinic was full of people whose immunity was already compromised—those down with the flu, sick children or waiting for their immunisation. Why couldn’t she be civic-minded enough to wear a mask? And why didn’t the clinic assistant insist that she put one on? Just because the pandemic is “over” doesn’t mean we can forget about hygiene. Let’s all play our part and be mindful of basic hygiene and the well-being of others.

Today my husband went to see doctor in this clinic . He have fever, body temp. Is 38.5-39. The doctor gave medications. Pass 12 hours the fever still here body temp. 38.7 - 39 . What kind of medication He gave ??? I know can't recover immediately, but at less the body temperature to drop a bit . The bill was 88 $, for what ????
