Don't ever engage such an unprofessional law firm at all cost. Worst experienced with a law firm. Only inform me to get my cashier order for my property with one day notice. The amount given was wrong and I still need to top up the balance. To my horror, the occupier status was changed after decoupling with no advise or warning to check. Useless law firm that only collect payment with no service or legal advise given.

First of all, engaging this law firm is a utter disappointment. When they are supposed to draft out a letter with all the personal information that i have provided, they provided all in handwritten with absolute 0% accuracy. Providing absurd human error in writing that even basic names & information are all written wrongly. Also, the response rate to client is absolutely rubbish, enquiring on portion ABC, they can reply with things that are totally irrelevant and unhelpful in every sense. They requested for full details of how CPF allocation are supposed to be done etc, and ended up passing it back to ask us to do it ourselves via portal after completion. With legal documentation, they are supposed to pass it on clearly to us with all the legalised, black & white terms & conditions which supposedly all the law firms are doing. They do not even bother providing all, except for documentation that are just pages of them handwritten of personal information. Now, after emailing and providing feedback to them, still the same response from them providing answers that are irrelevant. Information on the paper are not clearly define and written to ensure information are clearly written in black and white. All in all, the worst law firm ever to engage. To all consumers out there that are intending to get their service, i would definitely warn everyone not to take up. I have engage many law firms, and this is definitely one you should avoid at all cost. Regrettably engaging them via my property agent, if i were to have a choice again, i would definitely not take up this law firm. Goodluck to those out there, that are still currently engaged with them.
