The worst experience. I called in the morning for an appointment, and I was told to walk in. I arrived, and they told me that they are closed. They directed me to the clinic on the 11th floor. It wasn't a GP at all. Irresponsible when people are already sick.

Last time my boyfriend was sick was more than 2 years ago, he is not the kind who sais he is sick when he isn’t. So when he is been feeling very unwell and with fever for 4 days we suspected there is something really wrong. Upon meeting the doctor (was less than 3 minutes) she told us my boyfriend has just a common cold and should go to work the next day or at the same afternoon if he is feeling better (he obviously wasn’t). She didn’t even gave us any prescriptions or advice. Her phone rang so she suggested with her hand that we leave the room while she took the call. This is my first time dealing with Singaporean doctors and I’m very disappointed and mad at the same time. On top of everything the whole useless procedure cost us 49 dollars. So I hope he will get better soon on his own because apparently we can’t expect help from the medical professionals. 😔

First of all, I was referred here by Fullerton and there was only one gynae. I waited for close to an hour outside the doctor’s room. When I entered the room, the doctor showed many open tabs of google images of different ovarian cysts. Throughout the whole consultation, it was just me (and my mum) listening to the gynae explaining via google images of other people’s ovarian cysts (on Google) instead of mine. As my mum does not understand english, she had me translating everything to my mum in mandarin instead of getting a staff to do it. As a patient who was so nervous, tense and worried but still had to do all the translating. Furthermore, when I asked about my condition, she was unsure, said something then google it for me to see then added again“oh it’s not this” then google again. Everything that she showed me, I have already read on Google. She also suggested for me to do surgery. Apart from that, she also answered my concerns un-confidently with words like “maybe”, “depends”, it made me feel so worried and unsure if I should go ahead with such an expensive and complicated surgery. She was also quite pushy and not empathetic towards my feelings. I asked if I could hold the surgery, she said no point as the cyst is so big and will remain there. But I insisted to hold for a month so she arranged for an ultrasound with another clinic and then for her to review again. I am extremely disappointed as I expected better service from a private clinic and not a gynae that show me google images and lacks knowledge. So, I went for a second opinion at another clinic, the doctor was so professional, did ultrasound on the spot and explained everything to me in detail and answered all my concerns. He was empathetic and also gave a totally different diagnosis. This is by far, my worst experience. ever.

Useless clinic. Lots of staff hanging around with little patients. The lady doctor GP that consulted me was not very helpful. She does not listen, she is not friendly, she keeps on talking. Feels like listening to a medical apps with small knowledge base and little experience. Not recommended.
