About Palm Chiropractic
Palm Chiropractic is a chiropractic practice based at Paya Lebar, serving clients islandwide. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channel. The practice holds a 5/5 rating across 23 Google reviews — a moderate sample that provides a reasonable directional signal.
New clients typically begin with a first consultation in which the chiropractor takes a case history, assesses posture and range of motion, and discusses presenting concerns such as back pain, neck stiffness, headaches, or postural imbalance. From there, a care plan is proposed — this may involve single sessions or a short course of treatment, depending on the condition and response. It is worth asking whether the chiropractor holds registration with the relevant professional body and confirming the cancellation policy before your first appointment.
To get started, reach out to Palm Chiropractic via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to describe your concern and arrange a consultation at their Paya Lebar Road clinic.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Started getting chiropractic adjustments since my pregnancy days and throughout postpartum period, myself and my baby included, and that was the best thing I’ve done! All aches and pain were relieved, I had the smoothest natural delivery and recovered post-labour quickly. My baby had never visited the pediatrician for feeding, sleeping or any health issues since birth. Dr Shara is extremely passionate about wellness and health, so so good with kids, and she just has magic hands! I simply cannot recommend Dr Shara and her team of dedicated staff enough.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Shara and her team for nearly a year, recommended by a close friend after struggling with persistent stiffness and muscle knots in my neck and shoulders. From my very first session, I could tell I was in capable hands. Dr. Shara and her team are highly skilled and create a welcoming, comfortable environment, making each visit feel like a step toward true recovery. Not only did they address the immediate issues through targeted adjustments, but they also provided me with simple exercises to help strengthen my neck and back between visits. This holistic approach has made a huge difference—I’ve noticed a gradual improvement in flexibility, strength, and reduced tension over time. Their commitment to personalized care is impressive; they genuinely listen and adjust their methods to suit what I need in each session. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who is thorough, knowledgeable, and invested in your long-term wellness, I highly recommend Dr. Shara and her fantastic team.
I chanced upon meeting Dr Shara and Palm Chiropractic when I was searching around for a good doctor when my previous doctor left the country. Dr Shara is very warm, patient and caring, taking the time to understand my issues and what results I am looking for. She customised her treatment methods based on the different issues that I have. She also suggests easy and effective exercises that I can do at home to help strengthen my muscles to aid with my recovery and improve my mobility. She will also suggest easy and practical things that I can do at home (or anywhere really) to ease any aches that I occasionally have. I like that she encourages her patients to lead a more active lifestyle so that we see less of her, not more of her! You can tell that she really cares about her patients' wellbeing. The rest of the Palm Chiropractic members are all very warm, friendly and helpful as well. They always makes me feel very at home whenever I visit the clinic which makes the whole experience even more wonderful! As someone who is a true believer of the benefits of chiropractic care for the last 15 years or so, I highly recommend Dr Shara and Palm Chiropractic.
Always looking forward to see Dr Shara whenever I have shoulder, back, knee or heel pain! I would say that she has magic hands to take away the pain! 😊 Her bubbly characters and generous in giving advice in taking care of our body is truly appreciated. The Support Team is friendly and always makes my visit a pleasant one! Thank you Dr Shara and Team! ❤️
I have been undergoing treatment with Dr Shara for about a year together with my wife. I have been going regularly to treat my back pain. The treatment sessions give me relief. Dr Shara is very friendly and exceptionally skilled. Her team is also extremely cheerful and friendly. I highly recommend her for those looking for a chiropractor. -Mahmud

Palm Chiropractic displays a mid-range pricing tier ($$), though exact per-session fees are not published on the listing. Singapore chiropractic consultations typically run S$80–150 for an initial assessment and S$60–120 for follow-up adjustments. Package deals of 6–10 sessions are common and usually carry a modest discount over the per-session rate. Confirm whether the first-consultation fee includes a postural or spinal assessment, whether any diagnostic imaging referrals carry an additional cost, and whether GST applies. A clear written quote before your first session avoids surprises. See the full Chiropractic cost guide for Singapore →
A GP referral is not required to see a chiropractor in Singapore, though having one can help if you intend to make an insurance claim, as some integrated shield plans require a GP referral for allied health reimbursement. At the first visit, expect to complete an intake form covering medical history, current medications, and any contraindications — conditions such as osteoporosis, recent fractures, inflammatory arthritis, or anticoagulant use may affect the treatment approach or require clearance from a doctor first. The initial consultation typically includes a postural and orthopaedic assessment before any hands-on adjustment. If you have existing imaging (X-rays or MRI scans), bring them along as they can help the chiropractor tailor the session.
Chiropractic is not yet a statutorily regulated profession in Singapore — there is currently no mandatory government licensing board equivalent to the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) or the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) for chiropractors. Voluntary membership of the Chiropractic Association of Singapore (CAS) and a degree from a recognised chiropractic programme (such as those accredited by the Council on Chiropractic Education International) are the primary credentialling signals to look for. Ask Palm Chiropractic directly about the consulting chiropractor's academic qualification, which institution granted it, and whether they are a CAS member. Confirm the practitioner's name before your appointment so you can do a basic background check. No regulatory licences are listed for this provider at present — contact the clinic to confirm credentials before booking.
