My first time using Panda Movers and really good service. They were able to come on the same day at last minutes notice . They were very punctual, came on the dot and movers very efficient and professional to move my items quickly and carefully! Their price is transparent and very reasonable and any additional charges were informed to me beforehand with no hidden charges. Super terrible experience having them as our movers. We sent our list of our items to get a quote and all was settled. But on the day of delivery, they started telling us need to add on extra money for extra trips and long push etc. Their drivers arrived at our 1st pickup location 30 mins late with no advance notice, loaded up and head to my 2nd pick up point and said their lorry was too full but in fact it was only half loaded and said they needed to make another trip. But because of their late arrival, my condo couldn’t allow additional trips so they suggested for a next day delivery but wanted to charge me delivery costs for 2 days which ended up being more than 2x the initial costs quoted. So I ended up paying $250 just for 1 bed, 1 sofa, and 1 wooden rack to be delivered which was totally not worth it at all. They could have fitted in more stuffs but they didn’t even bother. Because duh if they know they get to charge you extra for another trip, they definitely will find excuses to not load a full truck. No compensation from the company for wasting my entire day and time, and no form of remorse. Coordinator via WhatsApp also didn’t really give any proper advice or help. My thoughts: do not engage them unless u willing for your timeline to be screwed up because of their rubber time, and also don’t expect your work to be completed on time . Be prepared for them to add on all the last min additional costs. Terrible service. Do not recommend.

Extremely disappointing experience with Panda Movers. I was informed that a refund would be processed, but more than two weeks have passed with no refund received. Despite multiple follow-ups via messages and calls, my attempts have been repeatedly ignored or met with delays, with no clear resolution. This lack of communication and failure to honour a promised refund is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase endlessly for what is rightfully theirs. I am still awaiting my refund and hope this can be resolved immediately. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and ensure all terms are clearly fulfilled before engaging their services

First time I used their services was great. Then second time, was horrible. Movers were okay, but they left my bed frame undone, and mentioned someone else will come and settle it. Even after liaising and waiting 4 days for a response. No settlement was given. Was very unprofessional of them to handle customers like that. Worst, I have already paid them for the job.
