Regardless of appointments made, patients still need to wait min 45 minutes for their turn. Just for a simple blood taking. Also, some nurses are very good and some are not so. This is a 50/50 gamble and I have better experiences with other labs.

Absolutely ridiculous. The queue at 7:40am is already overwhelming, then when the doors finally open at 8am, there’s only one self-registration kiosk available. The process is painfully slow, and you’re left waiting endlessly in queue which extend to the lift landing. It’s especially frustrating considering patients have to fast overnight—this kind of experience only adds to the discomfort. They used to provide a QR code for registration, allowing people to register and then find a seat while waiting. Now, there’s no such option, no available seating, no assistance with self-registration, and no improvement in efficiency. The entire system feels horrible and inconsiderate for patients. Clearly only one counter is operating. Why not just remove the counters and put in more chairs since there are no need to so many counters. At 8.19am, 20 mins after they are open, only 1 counter is serving patients. It really makes me question why I’m paying so much for this kind of experience. For a private hospital, the lack of structure and consideration for patients are shocking. They clearly disregard the patient’s comfort and experience.

I came here for my son's blood test. Since it's open on Saturdays, I decided to come early—and true enough, the place started getting crowded quickly. By the time we finished the blood draw, the waiting area was almost full. So make sure to plan ahead or consider coming a bit later, as many people rush to come early too

I’m surprised the waiting time was much longer than a polyclinic at my area, and this waiting time that I am talking about here was after I received the sms notification stating that my number would be called soon. I read many reviews talking about the long waiting time of this laboratory. I wonder if there were any improvements so far. The waiting area was also very small and crowded with people. Patients and their families could hardly move around comfortably. Many patients and wheelchair patients had to wait outside of the waiting area. They would congregate at the entrance area as there was only one queue number display screen and the queue numbers would be called manually. So, the patients would have to stay somewhere near in order to know their numbers were being called. Furthermore, the test results would take a few days to get back, which is longer than the polyclinic at my area. Parking was very difficult and their fees were extremely high. The only good thing was the staff was patient. At the end, I am asking myself what’s the value of paying such a high cost to go private. Perhaps I should think twice in the future.

Lack of seats due to seats being taken up by multiple healthy people accompanying the patients, and they not only hog a seat but a few also put their bags on another empty seat to chope/reserve seats for god knows who. Hmm… if it’s a lull period and plenty of seats, then pls go ahead. Otherwise, I wish these “accompaniers” can have the grace and kindness to let actual patients doing the blood test to have a chance to sit down.
