I had a 3:00 pm appointment and arrived at 2:50 pm, but was only called at 3:55 pm. The waiting time was longer than expected, even compared to public polyclinics. I appreciate the appointment system and hope the clinic could help patients better understand its purpose if waiting times can still be close to an hour. Additionally, the nurse seemed focused on completing the task rather than ensuring proper technique and patient comfort when taking blood pressure, and I hope further training can be provided to improve care quality.

Had extremely unpleasant experiences with the other doctor of a similar surname; it's just that I had not posted public reviews of those incidents from 2023 & 2024. Dr Keith is attentive and friendly during consultations. I typically ask more in-depth questions than the common layman and he has always demonstrated the ability and patience to handle my queries to a very satisfactory level, so thank you as well!
