Went for my appointment today at 830am. Was there earlier and reception staff are friendly. Ms Shirlene Yeo and Ms Noor Fadzlina were my sonographers and they are patient and friendly as well! Thank you ladies! The wait wasnt too long. Overall pleasant experience with good service 👍

My experience with this radiologic clinic was fantastic! The moment I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly and soft spoken staff, went through my appointment document, verified my identity, and guided me to the waiting area. The waiting area was spacious and not crowded. They even had a waiting area for female patients! In addition, there was a robot doing the floor cleaning and sanitation regularly with calming music. I was not expecting a great experience before I arrived due to the poor experience with at laboratory service yesterday. But I was wrong 😅 the service here was totally different from lab. The radiologists were also very friendly and professional. Briefed me on the process before starting, deeming the light to make me feel comfortable, advised me every step before they did it. Thumbs up for the service and professionalism 👍🏻 I have also found a good parking building nearby and it’s Square 2. Plenty of parking lots and reasonable rates.

Came here for my breast scan, they made me wait 40 mins despite me coming in earlier. Promised to get my results done at 2.40 pm. Its 3.52 pm and my scans are untouched! There were no Dr to handle my scans. So unprofessional

Had the unpleasant experience of talking to a few unpleasant staff - one of which was the receptionist and the other was one of the nurses(?). Took a photo of my daughter coming out of the MRI room and genuinely didn't know photos were not allowed. Lady who came to talk to me was so unnecessarily rude and condescending for no reason. Just tell me nicely, let me delete the photo and leave me be?! Why make a stressed mum's day even worse?! Anaesthetic was wonderful and delightfully reassuring, however. Also a few of the other nurses were very kind. Just unfortunate that our experience here was tainted by some really kpkb staff members.

Arrived based on appt scheduled timing, Was told to take a no. queue for registration. Saw the registration counter staff keep chit chatting among themselves and don't bother to serve any patient. To make thing worse, they keep my queue no. till I walked up and asked them. Zero star for registration counter staff.
