for the medical review, (1) they said they sent an email to inform they said they tried contacting me...but i did not receive any calls. (2) When i returned call to confirm appointment , they insisted on a verification check using my birthday. When i gave only date and month and details of details that Parkway sent, Parkway still insisted the year i was born to complete verification. I said I was speaking at a public space ( a lot of people within ear shot), it was still not accepted and insisted on YEAR OF BIRTH. oh my...

My recent health screening was a breeze and the staff was attentive and ensured I had minimal waiting time. Angie was particularly patient and helpful in attending to my needs and my screening process was rather smooth. Unlike other screening clinics which has a longer waiting time.

My husband and I were chased out by their counter staff members being told off 'YOU CANNOT WAIT HERE, WE ARE HAVING OUR LUNCH! YOU CAN GO TO MAIN LOBBY AND WAIT!' as I tried to explain that we were just waiting for the opposite clinic to open for an appointment. Sure, we are not the guest/patron of your clinic and doesn't bring in business for your clinic's revenue, but the tonality to shoo-ing us off is rude and uncalled for. Mutual respect goes both ways.

Most health screening centers will need to wait, the waiting here is not bad compared with other places. I came on weekday morning, appointment at 08:40, I arrived and pass my IC by 08:30(arrived earlier), waited a bit, 08:50 I got called, fill in info and go to take my urine and stool samples, head back to the counter and asked for what’s next then after that it’s around 2-5 minutes wait per check item. So overall I would say it’s not bad in terms of the waiting part. The doctor is really nice, she gives genuine feedback to patient while trying to seek for most natural choice of words (many people gets offended too easily these days). The ultrasound does need to wait if you didn’t get the early slots, and also for ladies planning to do pelvis ultrasound will need to drink water and wait until full to take the scan so would need to wait anyways.
