Avoid at all cost! No staff service though they called themselves premium healthcare at Paragon. They have my email copy of insurance health voucher yet they insisted I must give them the hard copy before they register me. Meanwhile I had to arrange the hard copy to be hand delivered to me at the clinic. I reached there at 7.55am as 2nd in the q ended up behind the q. Before they can have me see the Dr, they asked me to email them my past medical records even though I brought them the hard copy! So I had to sit there and scan and emailed to them. Why can’t they just scan or photocopy from my hard copies! Next even worst, told them I need to scan a lump at my abdomen during registration and they asked for previous scan report which I scan and emailed them there and then. Then at their Radiology Centre, due to their own internal miscom, they made me waited at the scan room naked while they trying to sort out the process as the lump scan should be charge separately from abdomen scan and not under my package. Meanwhile I was so hungry as I can’t eat anything before abdomen scan. It was the worst executive health screening I ever attended. I used my insurance screening voucher and top up with additional SGD900 for extra test and scanning. There is just no customer service concept from the team. Even after the whole screening, I feedback to them about my painful experience with the centre, they were defensive! Wish them well

It's in the Paragon Medical Tower, right next to the elevators. Central location, easy to reach. The space felt a bit crowded at times, but the process was smooth and well guided through. Some test equipment was not available that day (under repair), which wasn't the staff's fault (though it would have been nice if this had been pointed out through the reservation hotline). But the staff at the clinic did their utmost to get everything done smoothly and on the same day - it was very clear that they cared and wanted to be as helpful as possible. Very nice touch, and that made a big difference. They also offer a sandwich once one is allowed to eat, including a vegetarian option. Overall, very friendly, efficient and a very good experience.

Was a little worried given the other reviews but had an excellent experience here! Came in at 9.20am and was out in 2 hours. Nurses were friendly and gentle. Breakfast was provided (yay!). Thank you EHS team! You can bring a book to pass time while waiting 😊

Did my executive health screening sponsored by my company here. The clinic is a little small with limited seats during crowded timing, but it is well equipped. Staffs are friendly and professional at all the stations. I’m particularly satisfied with the draw blood station which the staff suggested me to take my blood lying down and the whole process was seamless and painless. Decent refreshments of sandwiches/brownie and beverages were provided. Completed the entire process in about 2.5 hrs which is reasonable considering the number of tests done. Waiting time between stations are also pretty short. Overall, very satisfied with my health screening here and will definitely consider coming back next year.
