About Party Deco Singapore
Party Deco Singapore is a decor and balloon specialist operating islandwide from their Middle Road premises. The listing has been verified by KakiList, though no ACRA registration has been confirmed. Their Google rating of 3.9 out of 5 across 168 reviews provides a reasonable indication of customer experience, though the spread of scores is worth reading through before booking.
Enquire by sharing your event date, venue, and headcount, then discuss theme and colour palette, balloon installation type (organic arches, balloon columns, ceiling clusters, number or letter balloons, flower balloon walls), and any props or backdrop panels needed. Confirm the setup and teardown windows with your venue — many HDB void decks and condo function rooms impose strict access hours that must be communicated to the decorator in advance. Ask whether the quoted package is fixed price or subject to site-specific add-ons, what the deposit and balance schedule look like, and whether public liability insurance is held — some HDB town councils and condo management offices require a copy before permitting setup. Lead time of six to twelve weeks is advisable for busy Saturdays; baby full-month and birthday party setups can often be confirmed within two to four weeks for simpler arrangements.
Contact Party Deco Singapore by phone or via the enquiry form to confirm your event date, share venue access details, and request a written package breakdown before paying any deposit.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
The staff at this store were incredibly unhelpful. I asked a simple question about where to find an item and was met with a sigh and a vague point in no particular direction. When I asked for more help, I was told to "just look around." No effort was made to assist. The cashier was equally dismissive and unfriendly. I won't be shopping here again. Save your time and go somewhere the staff actually wants to help customers.
This has been mentioned before but terrible service for sure. Most annoying is still that you need $15 for PayNow or NETS. In this day and age? No credit card payment is already annoying, but due to merchant fees I guess I get it. But even for PayNow?
Bought a helium balloons but the foil one deflated before I even reached the mrt! Very disappointing!
Bought a helium balloon. Left it in the car for 5 minutes to get a quick coffee and it exploded. Went back to the shop within 30 minutes to clarify and the staff had bad service, shooed us away with a rude tone, ignored us, and said our car was too hot. Never had such an issues with other helium balloons though, even those gotten from taobao. Wonder if the car was really too hot or the quality was poor.
Will give negative star if it's possible. Called to ask if they do helium pumping for all balloons and they said YES. In the end, when we brought the gender reveal balloon to the shop they say they WILL NOT pump for us cause they are selling the same balloon and expect us to pay $28 for the same balloon. WHAT A SCAM. Don't waste your time visiting this shop. So, you mean if a customer brings the same balloon that u sell at your shop, you won't pump??? Pls learn from other balloon shops that are flexible in pumping balloons of the same design that is sold at their place. If not, just don't scam others and say u provide pumping service if you are forcing people to buy overpriced balloons from you. Use some brain.

Balloon decor and event decoration packages in Singapore typically range from S$300 to S$1,500 for installations such as organic balloon arches, backdrop setups, and balloon column pairs, with more elaborate full-venue styling running higher. Party Deco Singapore uses package-based pricing, so the final figure depends on the scale of the installation, number of pieces, and any bespoke elements. Confirm what is included in the quoted package — balloon count, frame or stand hire, setup and teardown labour, and travel charge for venues outside the central area. Ask whether the deposit (typically 30–50% on signing) is refundable and when the balance is due. GST should be clarified upfront if applicable. For weekend bookings — particularly popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November during wedding season — six to twelve weeks' lead time is advisable for balloon decor specialists. Baby full-month, 100-day, and birthday party setups with simpler briefs can sometimes be confirmed within two to four weeks, but availability is not guaranteed. Once your date is confirmed, provide the venue name and address, the setup access window permitted by the venue, and any restrictions (no helium in enclosed spaces, no adhesive on walls, condo-specific rules). A deposit holds the date, so have your brief ready before calling to avoid losing the slot. For outdoor or partially outdoor setups, discuss a wet-weather contingency plan — balloon installations are vulnerable to rain and wind and may need to be repositioned or substituted at short notice.
The Singapore industry standard for event decor is a deposit of 30–50% on signing to secure the date and begin procurement of specific balloon colours, frames, and props. The balance is typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date hold, design consultation, and bespoke item orders — and whether it is transferable to a rescheduled date if the event cannot proceed. Cancellation terms vary by provider. Most decor operators treat deposits as non-refundable but will allow rescheduling within a set window. Ask specifically about force-majeure clauses — if a venue cancels or a public-health restriction applies, whether the deposit is protected. Also confirm whether public liability insurance is held. HDB town councils and some condo management offices require a copy of the certificate before permitting setup in common areas. Confirm the quote and all terms in writing before paying the deposit, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
