Alternatives were suggested, but they were different characters, which I was not interested in. I therefore requested a refund, which the company agreed to process. I checked in again on 19 Jan and was told that the finance IC was on honeymoon and that the refund would be expedited. However, by 3 Feb, still have not received any refund. I followed up again and was told that the refund had already been processed the week before. I checked my card statement and no refund transaction was reflected. I requested for proof of refund but received no response. Only later did I unexpectedly receive a PayLah refund notification, without prior explanation or confirmation. Overall, communication was bad and inconsistent, and the refund process lacked transparency.

Order and pick up arrangement was smooth. But very disappointed by the poor quality of the balloons! I bought their mickey mouse foil balloons to celebrate my sons 3rd birthday - and sadly none of the foil balloons could be pumped to even 80% before bursting at the seams. I've bought other foil balloons from other vendors for my sons birthdays and this is the first time I've seen such poor quality of balloons.
